We were upgraded to a superior room with a fantastic sea view. Very unexpected and a lovely bonus. Very clean, nice towels and even a kettle and tea/coffee. water topped up daily and some free soft drinks in the minibar. Would definitely consider booking this room next time. The food was lovely and there was variety each day in the buffet. The bar and restaurant prices for drinks were very reasonable. Staff were all very friendly and the evening entertainment was surprisingly good and varied. Good inside/outside pool and great access to the promenade along the front. A short walk to the marina with its shops and bars. The shops opposite at the front of the hotel were also good. Buy a bus card from the local tobacco shop and then the bus rides are super cheap (only 50 cents or so to Malaga) and the bus stops right outside the hotel. I liked the fact that our wristband was also the door key so we didn't need to remember to take a key out.

There were a few bits of joinery which needed finishing off in the room but this was minor. It is a very large hotel with lots of walking needed to get to the restaurant and into the gardens BUT we needed to walk off all the calories we'd eaten in the restaurant so perhaps this was a blessing!

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. We were only there for 4 nights so didn’t use many of the facilities available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room and view were great.

The bin wasn’t emptied everyday even when it was full, but wasn’t a major problem. There was a great choice for breakfast but unfortunately the hot food was cold and it didn’t help that the plates were very cold too. Sometimes glasses weren’t near the juice and bowls for porridge or cereal were not near by so you ended up wandering around trying to find things. Could do with another juice station for those who end up sat at the far end of the restaurant.

The room, facilities, staff and location were exceptional. We used the Spa and gym facilities during our stay which were very good. Lots of different areas to relax both inside and outside of the hotel. Location was good for closeness to the beach, marina and shops.

The coffee machines at breakfast were slow and on some occasions were not working at all. Food was good but repetitive. We stayed at the Hotel Sirocco previously and their food choices were better. Would have liked the option of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Please monitor the pool area to prevent people from placing towels and reserving sunbeds for many hours before they actually use them. We observed this daily and its very frustrating when they reserve key areas of the pool space for a whole day and only spend 1 to 2 hours actually using the beds.

I've stayed in 6 hotels on the strip of belamadena and the triton is by far the best hotel the quality of the furniture was amazing endless furniture everywhere which made our stay not feeling cramped great location great views beautiful rooms great selection at breakfast i just cannot recommend this hotel enough well done I've been watching this hotel been renovated for a while now and I'm delighted to have tried it this year and won't stay anywhere else when in belamadena again

Fabulous hotel. I would say 5 star property. We had fantastic deal in January in booking.com. The decor and facilities and rooms are top quality but what really makes this hotel is the staff. Without a doubt the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, from the moment we stepped in the door after a disastrous flight with so much problems, I forgot very quickly. We were checked in within minutes. We Missed our evening meal and were given (without asking) a lunch on a day of our choosing. My daughters birthday was on our stay and we were in shock to arrive to our room after a day out to find a birthday cake and a bottle of wine left by hotel staff. I don’t know how they knew but it was so thoughtful. They are very approachable in the restaurant, to reception and the lovely cleaning ladies. I can’t wait to return to this hotel again.

There is absolutely nothing I could not fault with this hotel. My only problem is I had to leave.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I could possibly need. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The location was ideal, close to key attractions and amenities. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make every guest feel valued. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of quality and service – I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only drawback was the pillows, which seemed worn and in need of replacement. While this was a minor issue, updating them would make the experience flawless. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and overall quality.

Hotel is fresh, clean, spacious and well located with direct access to beach. Room was airy, comfortable with excellent (huge!) Shower, great air con. Food is plentiful! Everything you can ask for breakfast wise is available. Evening meal was equally very good. The staff are all extremely pleasant - management should be proud of them! The two pools, and areas are lovely and clean - with plentiful sunbeds available. I would definitely recommend and would give it 5* if they could sort out the coffee machines!

There was nothing that we didn't like on the whole - just 2 slight improvements which I hope they would address: No kettle in the room. It wouldn't be as much of an issue if you were able to get your tea/coffee quickly in the morning, but it's almost impossible to avoid a huge queue to use a slow and useless coffee machine that provides a mouthful of coffee (half smallest cup) in the mornings. No other coffee machines available within the hotel. No refreshments with your evening meal (payment required - even for water).

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. It was a very busy hotel and breakfast could be a bit hectic but the food was very good. The location is excellent with direct access to the promenade and the beach. We had a sea facing room which was very spacious and a big balcony. There were tea making facilities in the room which is always a bonus. The bathroom had a shower (which had a mind of it's own temperature wise) and a large bath. It was one of the biggest bathrooms I have had in a hotel.

Gorgeous hotel inside and out, great location. Staff were all so friendly.

Only downside was it is unfinished but this didn’t affect my holiday. When complete this will be some hotel, will definitely go back to experience.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities. Location was excellent and service attentive. Food was excellent. The outdoor seating and lounging areas were the best I’ve seen.

The food whilst providing an excellent variety, could have been a little hotter, but this point is me being picky. Also signposting around the hotel could be better, it’s extremely easy to get lost if your sense of direction isn’t great.
