The hotel was very clean. The breakfast room was large and had many choices on the buffet. From yogurts, eggs, sausage, breads, various coffee machines placed throughout the room. Cheeses, yogurts. Really something for any taste or culture. The staff kept the area well stocked and clean. The tables were always clean and wiped down for the next guests to find a table. Tables outside were also available. There were heaters outside too. The pool and sun area were very clean and lovely. Ample lounges. The room had a great use of space. 2 tvs, which we never used. Free reliable wifi. A happy hour that was a good deal and well attended. Friendly staff Nightly entertainment Nearby to marina and some sights. Close to grocery and bus stops Hotel was a good value Close to Malaga via taxi or Uber -Easy transport to the airport Tip: If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the promenade. You will want to walk up the side street to the back of the hotel

bathroom didn't have a bidet. My friends room had a bidet and walk in shower. This would be a better The front desk gave a recommendation to a restaurant, but the restaurant was closed.

The hotel is really lovely , lots of choice for breakfast and a great location

when we checked in we were given a room in the basement floor , i think it was 13001 or something close to that , we pulled back the curtain to find we were at the same level as the lower carpark and bins , but we went back to the reception and requested another room higher up which they gave us , no problem 🙂

My room I felt was only half cleaned I paid extra for a late check out till 3 o clock and the cleaners were knocking on my door from 2.30. I ended up rushing and letting them in at 2.50

Location. Large comfortable room. Lovely staff. Not a big buffet fan but there was a good choice of food. Breakfast was very good

We paid for an upgrade to a suite but were very disappointed that the sun didn't shine on our side of the building at anytime during the day or evening

The location is very good everything that is needed is in walking distance The size of the suite is exceptional and the view from our balcony was great

I would have preferred to have had a more organised restaurant i.e a member of staff indicating where a table is available at busy Tim rather than walking around the restaurant

I loved the spacious room. The choice of food was great

We were on the 8th floor (we did request a high floor, so thank you) but the whole time during our stay one of the lifts was broken which meant we very often had to wait for ages for a lift. We also booked a room with a full sea view which turned out to only be a lateral sea view which we were very disappointed about

Breakfast, room, and location were excellent. But the only problem was parking. I think a hotel on that level should have parking for its guests.

They didn’t have smart TVs that you could connect to, so all you had was Spanish channels. That’s really the only downside that I could come up with.

The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had in a hotel. Every nationality was catered for. We really enjoyed it. The room was nicely situated with a Beautiful sea view, Clean and cool. The entertainment in the pool was great. Aqua Aerobics and lots of activities for the kids. The night time entertainment was fantastic. Again, best we’ve had in a hotel. Most of the staff were very helpful. we had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely return.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The lifeguard with the red hat was more concerned about sun beds than life guarding. We were worried that if we went to lunch or for a drink or swim as a family that our towels would be removed. Also no floats and rings in the pools which disappointed the kids. Had we had known before we wouldn’t have wasted our money on them.

The staff were friendly, and all the facilities were nice

The pool were freezing,, could have controlled using the temperature monitor.
