Spotlessly clean and garden is beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's only 10 minute walk to beach,cafes and shops and 5 minutes to a supermarket.

If you have a room at the front the traffic is very noisy !

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel grounds were well cared for and the swimming pool was great. Lastly, the location was excellent from our point of view. A 5-minute walk takes you to the bars and restaurants of the Carihuela beach area and, with the hotel being situated on the main road between Benalmádena and Torremolinos, it was was great for regular buses in both directions stopping within a very short distance from the hotel entrance. That might not be everyone's cup of tea but we had no issues with traffic noise and slept well.

There was nothing we did not like and we will return.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and offered a 24 hour reception and bar service. The rooms were very clean and the location was ideal.

I had absolutely no problems with this property and would highly recommend it.

We loved everything about Hotel Carmen Teresa! Only 15min from Malaga airport, we instantly relaxed in the lovely garden with drinks and a very welcome pizza. The Hotel staff are second to none...always helpful and really want you to enjoy your stay. The bus is right outside the door and takes you to Malaga in one direction and Mijas the other. 5 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, the location is ideal. We had the hotel breakfast (coffee, toast & orange juice) every morning in the lovely garden which set us up for the day. We will definitely return!

How friendly the staff were and how clean it was.

We stayed here before it had a good little buffet breakfast its now gone and we really missed it.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, nothing was a problem, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels given, the hotel is older but spotless and very comfortable. The garden is very nice and looked after well.

The walls are thin and you can hear every noise, however it wasn't a problem for us and we slept very well.

Hotel Carmen Teresa was an absulutely great choice for our short holiday in Torremolinos. Location is perfect, it takes only a few minutes walk to the beach. We had a standard room with a huuuuge terrace. :) Breakfast in the BEAUTIFUL garden was very pleasant. Flowers and plants are so nicely arranged and cared about, we loved it. Eveything is CLEAN, all the STAFF is AMAZING, 5* receptionists who are super helpful and extra patient! I'd choose this place definitely again, so glad to chose this hotel to provide a peaceful and calm background of our holiday. <3
