From the greeting at the door, on our arrival, to the personal welcome gift in our room I knew we had struck gold. The staff were all amazing the food was excellent and the facilities perfect. With a 2 minute stroll to the beach, what more could you want for. Cleanliness was obviously a very high priority. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax (although we preferred to sit on the beach and listen to the gentle waves). We have never chosen to eat our evening meal in a hotel before. However, our first night we thought we would give it a try. Outstanding! A huge choice of hot and cold food to choose from with a constant replenishment throughout. The food was excellent. So much so that we ate there every night. Each night there was a different choice so we were definitely spoilt. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we can’t wait for our next visit.

This hotel is tops for Location, so close to everything you could want for a beach holiday. Staff extremely pleasant and housekeeping thorough; beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff lovely.

Bar was closed for renovation so the Hotel lacked the cosy atmosphere it should have; the sky bar was open but too windy to enjoy in the evening. Breakfast was excellent apart from the **charge of 2 Euros for Squeezed Orange Juice Also there was a tip jar sitting in front of the cooking area for eggs and pancakes solely for the kitchen staff?

We stayed for a couple of days on half board and enjoyed the food with plenty of choice at both breakfast and evening meal. Only a street back from the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Well equipped room with fridge and seating area with wall mounted tv with English channels. Plenty of buses to Malaga and other nearby towns if you want to get around.

Windows and doors not double glazed which was not a problem for us as we had an inside room overlooking the swimming pool which was quiet however friends had street facing rooms and said that they had been disturbed during the night by street noise particularly overnight bin collections.

The location was ideal. 2 mins from the beach and a short walk to bars, nightlife and restaurants not to mention the Marina. Staff were incredibly helpful in recommending nightlife. Although I only made breakfast once, what I did experience was lovely and what you need to start you off in the morning. The roof terrace and service was fantastic and I will definitely return with friends in the future. As it was my Birthday, we also had Fizz and some jelly sweeties on arrival in our room which was a ice touch

First time to this hotel, even tho many many visits to Torremolinos . My husband has mobility issues at the .moment so location facilities and general convenience made it the perfect choice for us.

No complaints to be fair to all the staff especially Belèn whom I spoke with on the telephone before we left home. We met in the dining room one evening and she kindly asked me if I was happy with our room , she remembered we needed room with walk in shower. Thanks Belèn .

Perfect position for everything Torromolenos beach front has to offer. Very easy access to vast array of restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool and bathing area was nice albeit I can see it becoming extremely busy in the height of summer. Restaurant was ok and food choice acceptable

Smokers. Sat everywhere round the exit making the ground floor pool and bar area a very unpleasant place to be.

Whenever I come to Torremolinos, this is my preferred hotel. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, service is top notch, suites are huge and comfortable. When you stay in a superior room, coffee, tea and water are replenished on a daily basis. Lovely roof terrace with incredible views. Top location on 3 steps of the main street/boulevard/beach. I love this hotel, I would certainly recommend it, and I will be back.

I keep saying it: heating the rooftop pool in winter would definitely be a plus...

Very pleasant and helpful staff, hotel room was very spacious and clean, comfortable beds & close to the beach! Buffett for breakfast was good also as it had a lot of options.

Room was missing basic things for holiday such as bottle opener. Lack of supervision during breakfast time I have noticed a lot of people were touching bread with bare hands quite unhygienic. As it seemed the hotel is old and walls are thin we could hear people next door.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The lobby was modern and inviting. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent.

We booked a junior suite and I expected it to be more plush than it was. The furnishings and decor were a bit dated and tired compared to the lobby and bar area.

Everything was great, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location with direct access to the beach.

Hotel is a bit dated but every thing works well. The only negative comment I have is it is not a soundproof facility. Very noisy in the evening with the live entertainment. Every time a door opens or closes its a loud clap.
