The staff were excellent, we really enjoyed the animators they had, they all did such a good job and obviously enjoyed themselves as well. Every evening something was organised sometimes also spontaneously a quiz or so. Shout-out to Jesus and Krystel and Maxime, as well as the extra bachata and salsa lessons.

The jacuzzi was cold, that was a really sad and unwelcome surprise. Dinner buffet had a lot of options, but the signs indicating what it was were sometimes missing or wrong, and did not include allergens at all. Bathroom had no fan in it, so always had to leave the door open to air it out.

1. Bathroom: could be improved for older disabled people: eg: grab rail above bath: mobile frame around toilet: toilet too low for older persons 2. Charging point for mobility scooter in reception is good but: hilly road to entrance is nerve racking. The attendant at the hotel was particularly helpful on several occasions, we are especially grateful to him. I think a second charging point could be arranged in the car park area. This would help to avoid using the hilly road at all and would be much safer. Thank you for your time S. Winstanley

very clean great big rooms with pool and seaview,, good choice of food at all meals,nice staff,lovely big pool but always hard to get a sun bed ,always plenty of sun beds on the terrace on the 5th floor and very clean looks very new all n all great value hotel will be back again

toilet doors in bar lounge always wide open when you are having a drink watching the show,only needs a spring fitted, hand sanitizers always empty otherwise no complaints

Large hotel at very good location, kind personnel, nice big swimming pool, good choice of food in the evening and morning, good value for money.

Quality of the “fruit juice” at breakfast is just plain bad. I certainly do not expect fresh juices for this price but I really advise to change these machines for something better. You have to pay for wifi :(

As I was on business it was handy having my meals so conveniently. Good standard of food.

My room fronted onto the road in front of the hotel. Unfortunately it is a bit of an echo chamber and my room was noisy at night with people walking up chatting and various modes of traffic

We loved the location, the facilities, the food and drinks.

Only downside was the evening entertainment was more suitable for children than for adults.

Location excellent staff very friendly and helpful entertainment for young families very good and entertainment team so friendly and very hard workers they all seem to enjoy there work and work well together bar staff so nice can't fault the hotel restaurant very clean and great selection of food but somtime it could be a little warmer but all the chefs cooked fresh food on hotplates very clean rooms .

Very clean… and great staff, I truly appreciate the fact that anytime you arrive at the hotel. Everything is already set. My husband joined me on a late flight until 1:30 am, and salad buffet were set for the late arrivals.

My room was a little too far from everything
