Everything...! The staff, particularly the receptionist, were so friendly and helpful. I was given a double instead of a single as they weren't fully booked and the room was perfect- clean, comfortable, quiet- with a lovely view over the garden from the balcony and a great, clean bathroom. The breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful and the lunch I ordered on arrival was delicious and well priced.. I was able to leave my back-pack in storage, free of charge, after check-out so I could enjoy my last day on the beach, having booked a later flight, and was even able to shower after...! The lovely woman on reception (so sorry I don't recall her name) even ordered my taxi to the airport for me. I travel alone a lot and it was delightfully refreshing to feel so welcome, get a lovely room and not feel like a second class citizen just because I'm solo. I really can't wait to stay here again..!

Literally nothing.

I had very little expectations due to the very good price which even included the breakfast in my case. I only arrived in the evening from the Airport and left the next day. But I was surprised by many things in this Hotel. The warm welcome of the night audit/young receptionist. (sorry forgot his name but he was very nice.) The Hotel itself which immediately took me back in time where these nice small hotels where our summer vacation place in the childhood. It was very clean everywhere, furniture & building was very well maintained and taken care of. You could see one is proud of this property and the people proud working there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💚 You get to the upper floor by stairs or (which was important to me due to injury) by elevator. The Elevator seamed pretty new and also clean. My room was spacious and had a small balcony looking out to the back gardens/terrace of the Hotel which was very nice and quite. I had a mini fridge and a good size bathroom with walk in shower which was super clean as well. (I am looking everywhere and I am prepared to disinfect rooms myself if needed.) This was very nice and no need for me to do any work.🙏🏻 Big Closet with a safe and a desk as well as Suitcase rack and AC which worked perfectly. The hotel has covered parking, a nice pool and is only s a few minutes away from the beachwalk. Breakfast next morning was more than one can eat. Good selection of everything and was constantly refilled. A very nice surprise was also the lady at Front Desk Mercedes (not sure if she was the hotel manager) which was actually waiting for me in the morning as I said I am an early swimmer and this pool would normally only open at 9am...but she made sure I could swim early!💚 She was also most attentive and helpful with contacts to local agents for renting & buying a property as I asked her if she knows anyone. We had a long chat and I had the feeling knowing her forever! Unbelievable nice! THANK you for this pleasant stay!

Nothing to complain about. I will definitely come back. The reason why I am writing this review in english is that there were more lovely english guests. I didnt meet any germans actually. But nationality is never a criteria for me to choose a hotel.

Very clean and really lovely staff so friendly. Food was nice drinks reasonably priced. Rooms were very good. Nice balcony. Guests mingled in the evening and everyone was so friendly. Very quiet hotel no entertainment just other guests to chat to. Would suit an older person or people that love a small quiet and safe hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Aldi next door which was very handy. I also asked for a kettle which was delivered straight away. Fridge in room. Fantastic power shower and very hot if you wanted it. Nice breakfast.

Friendly Spanish style hotel. The staff are really what make this hotel a lovely, relaxing place to stay. The breakfast is good with a lot of options and the food and drinks in the bar is very reasonably priced. We requested a kettle and it was provided almost straight away with a couple of cups. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and restaurants (but the walk back is uphill). We would certainly stay here again

Very small things - but the juice at breakfast could have been better and the shower gel in sachets difficult to use, maybe big bottles would be better

This hotel absolutely stole my heart. It may not be a huge luxury resort or sit right on the beachfront, but what it offers is something far more special – true warmth, hospitality, and charm. Everything was incredibly clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were some of the kindest I’ve ever met – welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is small and cozy, with a lovely little pool that feels perfect for relaxing. No flashy modern renovations, but instead a beautifully authentic and thoughtfully designed space that makes you feel at home. And I must highlight the bed – incredibly soft and comfortable, with a perfect pillow too. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one truly stands out when it comes to comfort. I will definitely be coming back here, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to absolutely everyone looking for a warm and soulful place to stay.”

All was great

This is a lovely little hotel. All of the staff are amazing - really friendly, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was decent and the room was large and comfortable. It’s wheelchair friendly, and there is a small pool (which is too cold to use in February).

It’s a little further from the sea front that some of the other places. On the ground floor it is very noisy. We were at a music event and such going to bed late and wanting to sleep in during the morning but the noise, even with ear plugs made this challenging. I think it’s just that people were talking loudly and with hard floors the noise bounces around. It would be better on one of the higher floors. Not in rooms 1 or 2.

Breakfast was very good—a selection of cold cuts plus some sausages and eggs. The staff helping there was terrific. Our flight out was very early, so we had to take a taxi (arranged by the hotel too - not much more expensive than Uber). The concern was breakfast, but they offered to prepare breakfast for 4 AM for us (we actually picked the hour). Was a short stay, but everything worked (including AC which was very helpful on those hot days).

Coffee could be better.

The staff were friendly, helpful and polite nothing was too much trouble there was always a genuine smile. The room was clean, well maintained with a safe and fridge. Swimming pool open from early until 20:00 with bar & restaurant services. Breakfast had a huge selection with English Breakfast available unfortunately the food wasn’t hot but I did arrive toward the end of service which may have impacted this.

The restaurant serves basic snack/food the bar staff also cook the meals which puts them under pressure to maintain bar & restaurant services without a delay to one or the other. I arrived late at night there was no complementary water in the room or a small snack however there is a fridge in reception where basics can be purchased.

Great helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, organized and well run hotel. And one could tell quick its popular and nice, since so many guests were returning and knew eachother for years from their stays there (not from home). Nice peaceful location 2min walk from the beach and close to centrum. So you have silent nights but yet close to everything. Comfy soft bed, which is rare in Spain, but the 70cm wide/long firm spanish pillows, so bring/buy a regular "rest of the world standard" rectangular one at local ikea for peanut money and optimal sleep.

Nothing really comes to mind. Smart tv wasnt smart, couldnt stream from my phone and only local channels, but good wifi so watched on my phone instead, no big deal and its not meant to be there to waste time on the tv/phone anyways. To be very picky, but its everywere in Spain - the typical long/wide 70cm spanish firm pillows and omelett/scrambled eggs always so very well done its as dry as müsli. But its standard everywere on every hotel from budget to luxury, from San Sebastian in north to Gibraltar in South.
