This is a fantastic hotel if you just want to relax. The staff, rooms, and location are great. Nice and easy place to stay. Plenty of sun loungers, bar never too busy, loads of staff. Was perfect for us. We paid extra for a corner sea view and we had the sun all day. Other guests were great and it was very quiet at night. Ten minute walk to marina if you wanted late night life. We loved the breakfast. Just to note, some of the complaints about this hotel on reviews are just silly. If the sunbed is too hard, bring a cushion from your room down, if you don't like plastic cups by the pool for your alcohol it's to stop broken glass going in to the pool or from cutting you. This is basic safety. There is plenty of water in the restaurants. There are steps at the back of the hotel down but you can walk around another way if you are unable. It's not difficult. Anyway, wonderful place to stay.

still some people leave towels to book the lounging chairs by the pool and nobody has done anything with that, so I had no space in the sunshine, had to sunbathe from the balcony. also i would love to see more entertainment, very repetitive

Well appointed hotel with very comfortable rooms , nice pool area and great bars

Disappointed on arrival to find that the beach outside the hotel was closed due to renovation work. I like to base myself on the beach rather than round the very busy pool area so this was not possible without a 20 minute walk to open beaches. I would have thought it courteous for the hotel to make this clear to residents ( they would have known for a long time ) as this would have given the opportunity to make other arrangements. No discount to the price was offered as compensation for the inconvenience.

The hotel is beautiful and very modern compared to some others in the area. The rooms were spotless, modern and very comfortable. Our room had a direct sea view and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The balcony is a lovely sun trap if your going in the cooler months. The pool area is beautiful, very relaxing and spotlessly clean. There is a snack bar as well for food and drinks which is great. There's also direct access from the hotel down to the promenade and then it's just a couple of steps to the beach. 5 mins walk to the marina so the location is fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Lovely hotel, spotless, regular room cleaning and towel changes. Fantastic views and right on the beach. Area quiet overall but it was late February. Super buffet food with plenty of tasty options. Bring your own coffee for the room as only one sachet per person provided. Cannot fault anything really.

Staff at Reception overall friendly but there is always one! a grumpy male. More effort required in general on arrival and checkout, as in being friendly and not making their paying guests feel like a number if you get me

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my parents. On arrival we discovered that our rooms were on different floors when I had requested adjacent rooms, but very special thanks to Hazneth who really looked after us so well and made sure we had our rooms beside each other. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of space and a lovely balcony. We had a lovely view of the sea and beach from both rooms. Breakfast was lovely with loads to choose from and times from 8-11am were perfect if you didn't want to get up too early. The pool area was small but there were plenty of loungers to go around for everyone.

My parent's room had their sink in the room itself and not the bathroom so they didn't like that. We had dinner in the hotel on the first night and found the choice wasn't that great.

The team at the hotel were welcoming and friendly. We had an initial issue with the room safe, which was quickly rectified. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.The bathroom was clean with a large walk-in shower. The roon had a very comfy bed. A bottle of Cava arrived in our room, which was unexpected and a lovely surprise. Breakfast choices were extensive and tasty. Excellent location with beautiful views of the sea and marina. The hotel rooftop bar offered lively pre drinks and evening entertainment. The pool was just the right size, clean and well maintained. We had a 5 night break, with the main reason being R&R. This hotel definitely offers that. We will be back 100%.

We were greeted with a massive welcome by Micah and her smiles and assistance throughout our holiday was phenomenal. Loved her attitude and such a friendly personality. Room was spotless and clean sheets, towels and floors and bathroom washed everyday. A beautiful bottle of Cava was left I. The room too. The cleaning ladies especially Jennifer greeted us with a smile every morning and it was so lovely to have a little sweet left in our rooms everyday. It was such a pleasure to walk into a beautifully cleaned fresh Melling air-conditioned room after spending the day in 28 plus degree heat. I would highly recommend this hotel. If ever we needed a taxi, one was called and outside the hotel within 5 minutes. Perfect location...only 10 minute stroll to the marina and right on the beach front. Pool, jacuzzi , Gym , pool bar and spa and on the top floor, there was entertainment most nights. Twice a week, there was a DJ at the pool. Lifeguards were always around and very helpful. Pool area was kept spotless and ample sunbeds everyday nomatter what time. An ideal getaway for a relaxing holiday needed to recharge your batteries. Micah and Jennifer and all the other staff should be commended for giving us a great experience. We will definitely recommend this hotel. Beautifully finished.

Only one little issue and that was we ordered lunch at the pool on the first day and the waiter forgot about our food. When we approached him, he apologised and went straight away to get it but the chicken and chips were so cold at this stage. My husband couldn't eat it but we had waited so long and the man was very apologetic, we didn't have the heart to complain. .IT turned us off eating there again but mind you the place was very busy every day so it was just our bad luck.

Great hotel. Location is amazing right on the beach with lots of bars and restaurants on your door step. Only 20 minute walk to the marina and 40 minute walk to Torremolinos.we got the bus from right beside the hotel to Malaga and back for €1.75 each. So handy. We had room 904 which is top floor and amazing views. Music from the roof top bar was quite loud in this room but didn’t bother us but just an FYI if you’re a light sleeper. The sinks are in the bedroom which I actually loved as I was able to get ready while my other half showered. The left us a bottle of cava for my husbands birthday also which was so nice. Overalll great value for what you get. We didn’t include the breakfast but had it one morning €19 each but loads of variety. The buffet dinner is €25 each.

The buffet dinner for €25 was basic enough we only ate there one evening
