Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great food,choice, attention to detail, cleanliness in room, restaurant and outside areas. Good sea view, we were in room 5213. Bar prices very competitive. Honestly could not fault the hotel and would use it again without a shadow of doubt

We drove there and access was difficult on arrival due to roadworks but that should be done in a few days.and no fault of the hotel. Hill a bit steep when walking up to hotel from seafront but it has to be remembered that the area is quite hilly in local resorts. My wife tells me she couldn't adjust the sunbeds as they are fixed. Oh and one night I discovered a roast potato slightly undercooked. First World problems eh? Enjoy the place folks, it's great!

The first night when we tried to use our shower it wouldn't work. I said to reception when heading for dinner. By time we returned to the room about 2 hours later it was already fixed. Excellent breakfast. Buffet for dinner was a bit hit and miss for kids that are plain eaters.

Baby pool is surrounded by grass very messy. Lifts are exceptionally slow and service alit of areas. We abandoned our buggy and used the stairs. One afternoon we left the pool for lunch. When we returned the lifeguard had taken our towels off the sunbed. It only happened once and was a different lifeguard to the regular one. He had done it to a few others who all went to the dining room

Staff were absolutely fab. Especially Laura in the restaurant. She really entertained our little one. Place is immaculately clean and the family rooms we had was a perfect size . Food was delicious and I really loved the fact that things were cooked fresh to order in front of you e.g the burgers , fish etc

That to add on AI drinks package it is a minimum for 3 days. And that the TV no matter what we did would not log into netflix with our accounts or be able to remove the Spanish subtitles /add English subtitles . But that's not a big negative our little one was learning Spanish at the same time he was watching Willy Wonka

Everything, the entertainment staff were fabulous with the children. The bar staff were so happy and helpful. I did not see a grumpy face the entire stay. I can't praise them enough. The hotel itself was spotless, I can't stress that enough. Rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. We had half board, the food was lovely with a good variety. Was exactly what you'd expect from a Spanish hotel buffet, very fresh and plenty of it. For an extra 4 euro for adults and 2 for children you could have all you want drinks while you ate at lunch and dinner. Fantastic deal even if it's only water and soft drinks you want. We had a family room, it was 4 beds across two levels. Had a fridge and a large bathroom. Shower pressure was fantastic.

If I had to pick something, id say the fact the sun loungers don't adjust!!! But I'm literally nit picking in saying that!!! I really have no negatives for this hotel and I travel a lot with extremely high standards.

Room - good size. High up in block 1 with a fantastic view. Brilliant having a fridge and safe. Storage space ample for 5 days but feels like it would be neat for 2 weeks. Breakfast - enjoyable spread every day. Eggs and pancakes made on hot tray in restaurant. Some places do omelettes but not here - which has the advantage of smaller queues. Location - 30 yards off the main road up a slight hill. All in, very good hotel in a convenient location that we stayed in for a 2nd time

Having to check out at midday for an 8pm flight - but I understand the challenge of balancing new arrivals and room availability. Would be nice if they provided courtesy pool towels.

The hotel is in a very good location which is quite close to the beach, bars, restaurants and bus stops if travelling. The hotel facilities are excellent, the room was very spacious and the breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food to suit all tastes. Staff are extremely helpful should you need anything.

The hotel is located up a quite steep incline about 200m from the main road so please bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. As the hotel is on a hill some of the amenities are located on different levels. The sea view and kids pool are three floors down from the reception level and the restaurant one floor down. There are lifts but these are very busy during the day time. Our room (3002) was in Block C on the lowest floor which is a considerable walk in the evenings when the quicker access via the sea view pool is stopped when the door to the pool are is closed.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely return in the future. All the staff were engaging, friendly, and kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and has a consistently fresh scent throughout. Our bedrooms were neat and tidy, although there was an occasional odor from the toilet, which we reported. Housekeeping responded quickly and freshened it up. There was also a minor issue with the bathroom door handle locking itself, but maintenance resolved it promptly and efficiently. The mattresses were a bit firm for our liking, and the bed linen felt a little thin, which might be something to consider for added comfort. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a highlight—delicious, generous, and with plenty of variety to suit everyone. The pools were fantastic, and our daughter especially loved the smaller children's pool, which was pleasantly warmer than the others. The games room could use an update with more modern and fun options for kids, but it still provided some entertainment. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to local amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the attentive service and relaxing environment.

Pools were cleaned every morning and very helpful stuff besides the cleaning lady that was refusing to change towels, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and offered to pick some up from her. I was OK with the beds etc but my husband did mention that his side wasn't as comfortable as he would like to. Gaming room might need some maintenance as we put some tokens in and it didn't work but again staff was very helpfull and gave us a token back. Not sure if it was just our floor or all hotel is like this but balconies ar not private at all and we had some ladies smoking next to door and were not able to br on balcony or leave the door open.Kids enjoyed the entertainment next to the pool. There could be a bit more options for meals as I was struggling to find anything that I like and I am very basic. Don't like spicy but everything was spicy or with specific flavour. Cappuccino was good and overall we stayed there for the pool which was 10/10.

Everything was excellent for a 3 start hotel. The breakfast was nice, lots of choice however every day was almost the same food which was a bit boring the last days, but over all very nice food. Very helpful and friendly staff, room very clean & comfortable which made our stay pleasant. :)

I did not like that the pool areas was not cleaned on daily bases, the floor was sticky most of the days and there was no table beside the sunbeds to leave your drinks. The kids pool was very cold comparing to the big pool. Our son who is 3 years old, didn't want to go to the kids pool due to the cold water, so this would be something the hotel needs to improve for sure. Over all nice stay, just few small things that needs to be improved.

Friendly staff very clean around all areas. In good location to everything been here a few times and would stay again.

The room we had you could hear every one flushing toilets as the pipe was internal in behind the cupboard couldn’t sleep as bed is right beside it. Kids disco was later and later each night.
