Beautifully presented hotel, especially as Christmas period. Immaculately clean in all areas. Room was cosy and well presented. Pool area and outside bar is lovely.

Waiting for the lift was a pain as stopped at every level even if nobody waiting. Restaurant offered unlimited buffet for a reasonable price. Unfortunately food was not very nice and some food was undercooked. When I advised the manager, he didn't apologise or take it away , just ignored the fact.

The good, Great room with a sea view, spotless hotel, breakfast, plenty of sunbeds, right on the beach, walking distance to most bars and restaurants and the staff were a great bunch of people who always had a smile.

The Bad, We were unlucky to be sharing a great hotel with a group of people that did nothing but drink and fight among themselves. Some of them looked very young to be drinking alcohol but that did not seem to be an issue. We did raise this issue with the management but they did nothing. One of our group, a 63 year old lady was asked at knife point for money in the lift, and again we brought this to the managements attention and again nothing.

The cleaners let Themselves into Our room every morning while We were still in bed , even though We had a do not disturb sign outside. They apologised and promptly left, but every morning? Also €5.50 for a pint is very Irish, we walked to Cocos down the road instead, where pints are between €3 and €3.50 That said, will definitely return, just love it

Hotel good location, all areas clean, room cleaned every day, staff in all areas very good, Breakfast very good, pool area very good. overall highly recommended for a family stay

unfortunately our room was close to the bar & function suites so noisy until 0230 most nights also which is no fault of the hotel residents noisy throughout the night. Hotel needs to review its use of DJs that play Irish republican songs celebrating terrorist organisations

We absolutely loved our stay, we have been before. Our only drawback was our room was very claustrophobic, we didn’t realise when we booked that it would be like that, so next time we come we will book a room with a view.

Only the room

The location of the hotel right on the beach is really great. Very convenient to step outside and enjoy a walk, the beach or the restaurants from the area. The room was of a good size for our family of 2 +2 (12y and 10y). The balcony overlooking the sea and the beach (in our case) was great. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned on daily bases. There are many parking spaces around the area, maybe not necessary outside of the hotel, but a short walk. The breakfast is convenient, and it's at a reasonable cost. I personally believe the same room for a couple (without kids) could be amazing, for a much longer period. For us, it was ok for 4 nights, but to stay there a week or more, it might have been challenging. The kitchen is very helpful, and you have everything available there. I will likely return to the hotel in the future, but more than anything for the location and the sound of the waves.

I choose this hotel because it featured an "indoor pool". There is a gym, owned by a separate company at the ground floor, but their pool is very small, and it's used by their members. It costs about 8 euro per HOUR, and it's clearly not for kids to have fun. The outside pools were nice but too cold for us in January to jump in. There were people taking a swim.

The hotel is excellent, from mini supermarket with many choices to bar & pool shows & kids club.

The overcrowding in lifts, broken down lifts & members of the Public policing the paying guests. I witnessed this a number of times in the hotel, both in lifts & kids disco area.

Great location right at the beach… taxi rank right out front to get to the marina or anywhere you need to go. There were ample sunbeds around the pool, and there was no rush for beds in the morning which just made the holiday all that more enjoyable. Can’t say that will be the same during summer months though. Very reasonable priced supermarket on sight too. The whole complex was so clean, always people around tidying and washing every day to keep the place shining. Great atmospheric bar too.

It is the perfect fit to come here with kids and having fun and enjoying/relaxing at the same time. Having restaurants , supermarket and pool on site you do not have to leave the hotel :) Staff is extremely cool and friendly. Buffet for breakfast and in the evenings was good and great value for money. Shows in the evening were fun, they show a movie every night for kids - that is awesome. They have a gaming room that is very fun to play in. Staff was so helpful and friendly all the time and even after we left they stayed so helpful and nice - thanks to them my son got back his mobile phone after forgetting it in the taxi that drove us to the airport. We will for sure come back and we recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for everything

Very clean facillity and housekeeping was also excellent. Fresh towels when needed and they tidied up daily. Sizeable pool, but was a bit chilly due to outside air tempeture in April. Free parking on the street nearby the hotel. Reception was always friendly and able to answer questions. Location right off from the beach and promendade. Benalamdena is well-connected to other local beach towns.

The wifi conncection was totally unreliable. We were in a room in the middle of the hotel, but that did not appear to be the reason. Using data roaming did not improve the connectivity very well either. We ate at the buffet one evening and the on-site restaurant a couple times. We did not care for the buffet food. The on-site restaurant was a step above, but there is no shortage of restaurants along the promenade and the pier.
