Spacious room, friendly staff especially the lady in the breakfast room. Good selections at breakfast. Lovely views along coast and across the bay. Pool was lovely. Nice bar. Microwave and fridge in room. Mini supermarket on site.

Many schools and groups use this hotel so it could be very noisy til midnight with kids running around. Location was good for us as going to a wedding nearby but there's not much else nearby. Best beaches are a bus ride away. Local buses are frequent and cheap though. We weren't able to get a late check-out although info sheet implied this would be available on request. No chairs or mirror in room.

The hotel was located very close to the beach and we had a room with sea view. The staff was really friendly and had a 24h open reception. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent and at a great price. We felt really welcome! It was also really nice with the free parking under the hotel. All in all i definetly recommend it

The beds were a bit hard and it was some weird pillows, the place in general and the room could use a bit of fixing up, but only cosmetic. Also the dinner buffet didnt look extremely appetising, but could be because we were out of season, so there werent a lot of guests. Its located around 2 km from the center of benalmadena, some would maybe find it a bit annoying if they didnt have a car, but for us it wasnt a problem and we enjoyed that it was a bit more "quiet" and theres still restaurants and similar in the near

Property is in an amazing location. Views were simply stunning. Loved the pool, the pool bar was fab. Rooms were spacious and had everything that you needed. Plenty of wardrobe space, bathroom was a good size. Shower was great. Washing machine and dryer on property. Very good value for money. Staff were very helpful.

Not enough hangers for clothing to be hung up. No clothes airer to hang clothes after washing. Description said bath but there was only bath’s in certain apartments. Hotel shop was limited and quite expensive which was a pity.

Lovely hotel apartment we had was great had sun in early evening on balcony which suited our days perfectly. We had been given an upgrade due to time of year wasn't too busy We didn't actually use pool until last day of our four day stay as we had been so busy after having to move from another villa in torrimolinos......however had we realised and had juggled our time better we would have used it a lot more We visited the old town which you can get bus too right outside the hotel We went to the marina which is lovely to walk round and have drinks /food at and independent shopping area too Restaurant we used Chinese international buffet which was lovely and great value Sapitinis Italian ......amazing food lovely atmosphere was perfect for my birthday meal and we went back on last night also Other one night be had a burger in one the burger bars along the main street Chester's cafe is lovely too but only open daytime Ha'penny bridge bar is good ...wee seating area and live music every night...music was ok but not always to our taste. Used another few bars nothing out the ordinary but all ok. Lidl just about 12 minutes walk from hotel Bus service is good just make sure you get the correct one if going to main street as we ended up in different area (where Chinese international was ) All in all a lovely holiday Def made so much better with the hotel as the original villa we had booked in torrimolinos was awful. So glad we picked the Flatotel was great. One regret is we didn't try the restaurant as looked lovely ...would Def stay again if back in Benalmadena...try it you won't regret it

A little bit of work going on at main entrance but didn't affect our stay at all and no major noise at all. Hotel was a little bit out of the main town area ...I'd say 35- 40mins walk but due to health issues with me we used the bus loads but it was only about €3.20 I think it was for two of us each way . We did get a bit of noise last two days from a hockey team staying in apartment below us and they were out on their extra large verandah (family apartments ) playing hockey and shouting to each other from two separate balconies. Otherwise no complaints loved it

My only one complaint is about breakfast. I was visiting this hotel in February so wasn't really full of people but it shouldn't affect on food. Very poor choice, everyday the same, fat ham. No vegetable at all, maybe 2 fruits, anything like plant milk, what is problem for me cause im allergic for dairy.

Top of the list is the hotel location which is great, 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach, and from Yucas Cafe & Bar which I can recommend. Apartment is bigger than expected and clean. The hotel's bar on the ground floor is good. I only had 1 breakfast in the restaurant and that was good too, good value and plenty choice. Maybe some fresh coffee instead of machine would be an improvement. Otherwise a choice of cooked eggs, bacon, mushrooms, pastries, some cereals (limited) and fruit was fine. My apartment was on 9th floor which meant a great sea view and late afternoon sun on the balcony.

The hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint. It's fine in general just looks a bit tired. The in-house shop was closed (October to May) which means trip up to the local Mercadonna, 10 minutes uphill on foot but it has a great selection of ready meals (salads, pizza, pasta dishes etc) and fresh produce and meat and fish. It can be busy at peak times.

The apartment was really clean. The staff speaks fluently English. Parking space was available for 8 Euros per night. Big size apartment. Good value for money on the breakfast (Comment from my friend).

The location was a bit outside of Malaga, but we knew this already when we did the booking. The supermarket inside the hotel had no vegan options for breakfast. But my friend went to eat breakfast at the hotel buffet (he is not vegan). I waited then for lunch in the next town, as I skipped the breakfast.

The room itself was quite spacious for my kids to play in. The room was very clean and had all the amenities required to cater for my kids. The views was good from the 6th floor which is always a bonus.

Firstly, the property owner should invest in beds and mattresses, probably one of the worst sleeps I've ever had on holiday. Secondly, the balcony door should have some sort of lock, reason for saying this is the balcony wall isn't that high and its really dangerous for kids to be out there. We spent the whole holiday there with the balcony shutter all the way down just as a safety precausion. These points stated above are things to consider for the future.

Hotel was very nice with everything I needed. Rooms were a good size cleaned each day along with fresh towels. The view was amazing from the balcony over the sea and the golf course. I enjoy walking so around 40 minutes walked me to the Peurto Marina which was a bit more lively. The Cafe Yucas across from the hotel had a beautiful setting, friendly staff and amazing food. All in all I was very pleased with this booking and would stay again.

I was OK but a bit far out of the main area although the buses were cheap and easily accessible. Very few English speakers while I was there but I was in Spain !!

There were several groups of young students staying over a course of three weeks. They were extremely noisy well into the night. We mentioned the noise to staff, who told us they were bothered by the noise too.
