The hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views. It's clean and the staff are very efficient. The food is varied and hot with plenty of choice. The wine is very good. The bedrooms are light and airy but could do with a few areas tidying up. Especially the bathroom.

The sunbeds are very uncomfortable and busy. The only comfortable beds are now charged at 39 euros with snacks and cava which for all inclusive guests is a waste. The surrounding area is very remote with only 1 bar and 1 shop, 2 restaurants. The bulbs in our lights were broken and the ceiling fan didn't work at all. There were several male groups of golfers that were loud and drunk which felt like stag parties. Also a huge convention both made the hotel feel loud, busy and the bar staff struggled to cope at times. Which caused arguments and a few heated moments. It's spoiling it for other guests. All male parties of that size shouldn't be booked in.

Beautiful hotel right on the cliff over looking & with direct access to beach, in quieter area of Belemendina, the Matina port area about 15mins in a taxi, ubers work out cheaper. Gorgeous Nix Sky bar on hotel roof with stunning views, breakfast was lovely lots of choice and also stunning views. Family pool area much nicer that adult only pool.and beaches right next to it. Had a lovely 4 day stay room cleaned daily and pool beach towels available at reception. Nightly entertainment great. Overall very nice stay.

Only negative is lifts are very small and slow. Adult pool area and beach bar could do with a revamp to make more inviting.

The rooftop terrace is such a feature, yet you can’t even get a drink up there? Didn’t make any sense to us as it put us off going up there! I mean not even a water btw! You would have to take it up with you which means it’s not cold. Disappointing when you’re paying for all inclusive! We also waited a really really long time at reception one day - we only wanted to put our bags into the storage bit but we waited about 25-30 minutes alone for this even though there were 3 members of staff on

It is a large hotel (with all the advantages and hustle and bustle that entails) with a very fortunate location and, due to its location, a very nice view of the Mediterranean. The rooms are not large but pleasant, with good furnishings. We have stayed in some better equipped 4 star hotels, but the cleanliness (which we have and this is very important) and the location put it in the good category anyway and well above the average 4 star hotel for the overall experience. The furniture is not outdated and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is a classic large establishment, but varied, absolutely up to its category, with some very good dishes. There is no problem with quantity and, as a result, you can find a good choice every evening and morning. Not one of our most outstanding hotel restaurant experiences, but definitely one of the good ones. There is a lift to the beach, we had a pleasant walk here. We didn't have much contact with the staff, there is a big buzz in the restaurant, they did their job well. We could always find parking within 50-100 meters of the hotel (April).

I can't list any outstanding mistakes, everything was ok.

Excellent breakfast lots of choice. The reception staff were very helpful. Like other reviews say the hotel is a bit out of the way but there is a bus stop right outside the door. You can go to the old town where there is a lovely restaurant called Salu. Also if you walk (or get a Bolt same as our Uber and very cheap) you can get to bars and restaurants. We walked along the road and found plenty of nice places.

The Sky bar was closed but you can still go up and use the jacuzzis which were a bit cold and use the sun beds. The large pool is down by the beach and was also closed with no water in it.

We really enjoyed the stay, although only stayed for one night. We did enjoy the breakfast and the lunch at the Sea View Restaurant which had many options to chose from. The only hiccup was that we couldn't use the rooftop area due to the weather, obviously for safety reasons. We are looking forward for the next visit, hopefully to enjoy the outdoor pool which seem small but safe enclosure for the kids. The beach was quite dirty but it wasn't the summer peak season but its a nice enclosed beach. The Marina is just a short drive away.

Reception staff - gave us twin bed room eventhough we spesificly confirmed it when leaving the reception. When coming back so unpolite to fix it and on top it said it is not possible to move tha baby crib there (because late evening). Luckily security or similar helped us. Also in regards in room dining said nor possible but when asked directly from the restaurants - of course. Reception people should make the most of your stay possible - not just saying no to everything. Breakfast juices were like mixed with water, so watery that we skipped those.

View is amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Given the hotel is not central, the beach downstairs is rather private as mostly guests are there, and felt safe to leave my belongings unattended while going for swimming. Location is great if you have a car, it's short distance to Malaga, Marbella, Torremolinos, etc - otherwise it may feel far from most places

Parking price is high - since we had a car rented. I was actually considering going to a different hotel just because of that. While the whole 7 days we stayed there weren't more than 5-6 cars in the whole parking. I think if they would reduce parking prices or make it free they would gain a whole new market segment.

Hotel has been refurbished it looks like new. Rooms have a fantastic view of the sea (we were floor 11). Bar staff very friendly and serve some really nice wines as part of the al inclusive. The Thai restaurant was superb and although we dined out at various restaurants this was by far my favourite meal of the week. Rooms are clean with good air con. We were also given a bottle of fizz for our anniversary which was a lovely surprise after a day on the beach

The food selection wasn’t as good as other restaurants we’ve stayed at but would still give it 4/5. My personal choice would to have a bigger salad selection. We stayed in the beach as the pool areas were a bit cramped.
