Modern, clean and comfy. Beautiful garden with clean pool. Stunning views. Excellent position for restaurants and bars. Superb customer service, very supportive when i had an initial accessibility issue.

In a very steep area with limited parking. Not accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties. Busy roads.

Comfortable bed and room, great shower, air con, complimentary drinks in fridge, lovely pool and sauna area, which we had to ourselves ( it was March!). The staff we met/ spoke to were very friendly. Location is good when visiting the puebla.

There was a bit of a mix up over when we would get our entry code but it was easily resolved and staff supported an earlier arrival than usual check in which was appreciated. There are no staff on the premises other than to clean etc Also the barrow that should have additional complementary drinks etc was empty. (We would have liked some milk for our coffee).

Nice modern decor. Complimentary drinks in the fridge in the room was a nice touch. Free fruit available downstairs was also good. Lovely big outdoor/undercover kitchen & BBQ area. Very close to the bars & restaurants in Benalmadena Pueblo.

The bathroom was a bit dark and there was no shaving light in there. The late check in time (16:00hrs) is a bit late too. There is only one parking space available at the property and on street parking is quite limited. We were lucky and did manage to get a parking space about 30m from the property. The nearest public car park seems to be a couple of hundred meters away and it's all up hill from the car park to the property.

Great location , towels changed, fridge filled and room cleaned every day which was a lovely touch

Really hard to find . My Uber arrived late at night and dropped me right outside but there was no sign at the bottom of the steps so l walked round the block a few times ( nearly in tears because l was on my own !) before eventually spotting a tiny sign at the back entrance gate ( much easier to go up the steps at the front but no sign which you can see from the street there )

Someone has put a lot of thought into the property. It was functional and easy to navigate (some of the reviews possibly helped in what to expect) and there were some nice touches like the wine in the room and the complimentary drinks. The swimming pool was nice and the outside toilet, sauna and hot tub were really thoughtful too.

Not having someone on hand - but to be fair, they were very responsive via text/email and we had no issues!

Lovely property beautiful surroundings. Our room was in a great location 105 which was overlooking the pool. Very peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Room had a mini fridge which was essential given the heat. We also had a kettle.

Stairs quite steep in places but all added to the character of the place.

Stunning property, great room, great pool. Coffee and drinks in the room, just stunning . Great info book in the room too, local restraunts and stuff COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE.

No real sign, just a small post it note size sign on the entry keypad. Sat nav took me to the street above..2 x sat apps ! Only found it with a walk around and google earth video.

Beautiful small hotel in a quiet part of Benalmadean Pueblo, only short walk (approx 100-200m) to restaurants and village center. Big and very comfortable bed, newly renovated rooms with nice bathroom. Easy check-in with codes, and easy and fast communication with staff via whatsapp. Nice small pool area with sauna and jacuzzi. Great view from the room on the second floor (nice seaview over the roofs)

We loved this small self-service boutique hotel. Only thing we think they could still improve is better chairs to relax in on the nice balcony.

Easy self check in service, place seems nice and it was easy for us as we only wanted something close to the airport to take our flight the next morning. The shower in the room was awesome (rain shower and good water pressure) and the place looks modern. swimming pool, hot tub and sauna is a plus (even tho we didn’t have time to use it) Towels for the shower were great!

There are a LOT of dirty marks on the walls and all the light switch were yellow and dirty. This absolutely need to be clean better! The room felt a little humid all along our stay. And my friend stated there was a urine smell from the corner next to her bed. Probably someone drunk urinated in the room and it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Clean and good facilities

The place is pretty hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. We didn’t know that there wouldn’t be a hotel reception or anything of the such but once we understood there wasn’t, we understood it was ok.
