The hotel was in a great location that we were able to go to nearby beaches as well as have the water park easily accessible. We were also able to visit nearby towns and Marina by way of Taxi or walking. The hotel staff was very hospitable. The ocean view rooms had very big balcony with wonderful view. The maid staff was friendly and helpful. Each night there was some sort of entertainment. Lunch options in the Snack bar very helpful for when you swimming but need something to each. The main dining room had a little something for everyone. Variety was good. Sangria was very good.

The rooms were nice but the AC vents were not adjustable so they did blow directly onto the bed which made it cold in certain spots and if you were sharing the bed, someone was always cold.

The size of the room are very spacious. Perfect for a family. The balcony was big and the pool view was so beautiful. The facilities were great. The waterpark was amazing. Housekeeping daily and the rooms are clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall a very good resort with budget friendly. We had a great time and made wonderful memories thankyou

The property is bit outdated , if renovated it will be perfect. Also, the food was alright. We didnt like the quality of some of the foods offered i.e can veggies , same dessert but nothing major. Its fine for the price we paid. This is me being very critical. Also we didn’t find many kids club activities for under 2. Also soft play was not included in the all inclusive price.

The whole resort is amazing. Very family orientated especially for u-12s. We brought our 2 and 4yr old with us and was non stop from 10am until 10pm. Always something on from kids clubs to poolside entertainment. Had our own pool at hotel and across the road was the waterpark. (Class) Pool was spotless and you can see the effort all the staff put in to keep the place its best. All the staff were INCREDIBLE ,so helpfull and attentive and a big shout out to the HV team especially Hannagh ,Nella, Juan ,Pedro and king john 🙂, who we had the pleasure of meeting and keeping the kids entertained all week. Amazing talents. Rooms were lovely. Aircon and all facilities were amazing.. very modern and beautiful hotel . We will definetly be back.

No negatives or complaints at all. Food was great, choices were great.but very repetitive for my own personal liking. But thats just me. And i would bring my own hairdryer as the one in the room isnt very powerfull. I also brought a usb full of films for the kids as theres only 2 english channels on the tv. But we only used the movies for when they were falling asleep. We wernt in the room much apart from sleeping. 😎.

The name of the hotel here on Booking is not the same with the real name so it was a little bit hard to explain to the taxi driver where exactly we need to go. We stayed at Polynesia Hotel which is part of the Holiday World group of hotels. Maybe you should be more specific with the hotel name. The hotel has a game room for kids but you need 1 euro for every game you want to play, inside pool with warm water but only by appointment and for maximum 1h and it costs 10 euro per person no matter the age...there are outside pools as well but in the middle of October the water is pretty cold and the kids couldn't go in it (this was a little disappointing for us)....the bathroom in the room has a fixed shower with no shower head (this was not so good for us) and a bathtub in the same bathroom, but there is only a water tap with no shower head, as well.

The Hotel is pretty fancy, big, looks like a cruise ship😁...has a club for smaller kids for free if you stay at all inclusive package, the restaurant is like a buffet you go and serve yourself and you have a lot of choices...the beverages and alcohol is included with the all inclusive package...so a lot of sangria for free😁...there is a small souvenir shop inside the hotel with necessary things, there is a small playground with tobogan for small children and a golf settlement, outside for free with all inclusive package. The room is clean and you have a lot of space to put the clothes during the stay. The staff is nice and warm. The room is cleaned every day. Overall was a good stay.

Long wait for cabs or taxis from the hotel and no club but I’m nit picking here it was exceptional

We had half board meal and was a perfect choice for us as we were out during the day. Good variety of dishes offered on a daily basis.

Didn't have an easy access to the beach. (No Private beach , Long walk to get to the public beach - which is across the street). Most activities are towards young kids (under 12). But we enjoyed it there. Fun and safe Family oriented resort.

All you need to entertain the kids, they will be busy all day, and I liked the pool bar as I enjoy my self and watch the kids. Javier and Carlos at the bar were top level bar tenders with excellent attitude.

Some cups and silverware were not cleaned properly and you have to check every cup before taking it in the breakfast buffet. Also, no snacks available if you need them at night after 10 pm. The only option for food is one restaurant, if you want something other than dinner buffet you will sleep hungry. The staff at the reception need some training as they don’t know some basic information about their hotel and sometimes they give wrong information/ answers.

The resort is very good with nice views and lots of pools.. food is delicious.

The location showing on the map is not correct, when we reached the location on map and called the hotel they gave exact address which is around 5 km away.

The room size was great, it was nice to have the kitchen as a separate room. Living room, bathroom, balcony were all pretty big; bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming, not bad but just ok. The fridge was of the small type, freezer was very small. Location is not convenient unless you're just planning to stay within the hotel. Everything else is 15+ min walk or a short drive.

The hotel pool area was lovely, even though we went fairly low season the animation time still had an offering if you wanted it. Food was ok, it’s mass catering so it is what it is. Was slightly worried by some other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised overall. Location is a bit out of the way so we used the bus which was fine. Hotel felt very safe for me travelling on my own with 2 older children (10 & 13). Very impressed with our sea/pool view considering I didn’t pay for that option…was expecting mountain views

The water park across the road was fine with older children but could have been tricky with younger children as it’s so spread out. The hotel itself is looking a little tired, but didn’t detract from the overall experience. It was busy enough for us at Easter but not sure it’s the type of hotel I’d want to be in over the summer holidays but that’s purely personal choice.
