The accommodation was excellent. We have no complaints only praise. We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms beside each other (kids are 18,16,13). The rooms were spotless and well-equipped. Decor is fresh and upmarket more like a 4-star hotel. The property has a digital keypad for all the gates and doors for added security. The pool area was also spotless and well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds (though it was never too busy). We liked the fact that the property wasn’t in the very busy area of Benalmadena, however there was a fantastic supermarket close by and a lovely coastal walk with restaurants and cafes. There’s a bus stop outside the apartments which takes you to Benalmádena Port/Torremolinos/Malaga/Mijas/Fuengirola for €1.70 pp. Apparently there is a green travel card you can purchase from tobacs to reduce fares (might be worth looking into). Juande on reception was so helpful and welcoming. Paul (from Sunshine Transfers Malaga) took us to the airport and was very efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend the accommodation - you won’t be disappointed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you ☺️

Great value for money holiday apartment, which was comfortable and well equipped for aoyr week long holiday. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower and large vanity unit. The kitchen was reasonably equipped with enough utensils and pans etc for making breakfast and easy meals. The bed was super comfy with good quality linen. The communication with the host was excellent throughout, with easy self check in late into the night following our late flight. If planning on visiting the various resorts along the coach, I'd recommend purchasing a travel card for the buses and train (2 zones cover the area between fuengirola and torremolinas) - it makes travel super easy and very affordable.

Perhaps more choice of glasses for drinks. But nothing much not to like.

My main point of contact was Juande. He was absolutely brilliant. He kept in touch via Whatsapp and was in reception to greet us at 3pm, as previously arranged, so that we could get the code for the room and to give us the remote for the underground car park. Everything went smoothly. Juande was so attentive, via Whatsapp. I wanted to watch the Chelsea game and he gave me good advice on where I might be able to watch it. There was no corkscrew in the apartment but Juande soon rectified that. The apartment was as advertised. Clean and comfortable with a reasonably equipped kitchenette. A kettle being the only thing that it could do with. The bathroom was nice with a walk in shower and hairdryer. However, two things against it...the showerhead was leaking at the side and needed replacing and the shower tray was very slippery and one had to be very careful not to slip over. Either a rubber shower mat or some adhesive anti-slip strips should be considered. An iron and ironing board are in one of the two wardrobes and a safe in the other. The worktop in the kitchenette was not well lit as the cupboards were above it and blocked the lights. I used the extractor light over the hob to enhance the lighting. Perhaps some strip lighting under the cupboards should be considered? I hope these constructive recommendations are useful.

The weather!! We could not have picked a worse 9 days to holiday on the Costa del Sol! It rained every day. The comfort of the Artplatinum eased our pain somewhat!

Lovely large studio apt very comfortable bed and pillows , lovely big balcony with table and chairs and dun loungers. Nice big bathroom and great shower, although there was no holder for shower head, not a big problem. Being a single traveller I did a little cooking and the facilities were adequate to prepare a light meal. Nice pool on the roof and was very quiet the couple of times I visited it. Close to a few restaurants and supermarket and only a free hundred metres to beach. All in all I can't fault these apts, you won't be disappointed..

The only thing I didn't like was location, I thought it was closer to Benalmadena but that was completely my mistake when I booked it, only a short bus ride though.

Apartment was amazing My main reason for staying was the balcony in the pictures Was extremely disappointed to find I had a room with a very small balcony I argued the toss and explained all the pics on booking.com showed the big balcony so to not have this I felt it was missold for something I didn’t want. They did give me a ground floor apartment with the balcony but please beware if booking you probably won’t get it, I feel the pictures are extremely misleading and had they not given me the ground floor room I would have been writing a different review

Well designed, cozy, clean, well stocked, close to sea. Very enjoyable experience.

Neighbor belove smoked on the terrace and there was no way to avoid smoke coming in the room. That spoiled the experience a little bit.

Excellent location. Walking distance from supermarket.Rooftop pool perfect. Sunloungers and many areas to sit and enjoy the view from the rooftop. Our apartment was immaculate. Anything we requested was achieved. Ground level room had an outstanding balcony with 2 sunloungers and a table and chairs. Staff were very well mannered. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend these apartments and would use the Artplatinum again. Thank you

Cannot fault these apartments . Everything was perfect.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, nice balcony and spacious bathroom. Good kitchen facilities except no kettle. Stunning lounge area. Loved the keyless entry system. This was remedied on day 2 when concierge brought one round.

Swimming pool area was nice but the pool needs some attention. Missing tiles and dirty film on the tiles around the water line. Also toilet seat was broken and couldn't be used. Reported to staff who tried to repair it but not possible.

Apartment was lovely, very comfortable and clean. All equipment was provided for kitchen except a kettle which would have been nice. Enjoyed having the balcony with sun loungers, table and chairs. The roof top terrace and pool looked lovely, unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to use this. The proximity of bus stops for all directions was extremely useful as it is quite a walk to the Marina. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment, exceptionally clean, great location and such good value. Excellent beach nearby, a fantastic supermarket a few minutes walk away. The pool area was stunning - The local bus stop was literally around the corner. The host was so friendly and welcoming

It would have been perfect if we’d had a full sea view, we could just about see the sea. The pool showers were not working
