In overall it's a great hotel, very recommended. We had half board, food selection is great. Pools are big nice and warm. Kids love it all, the main pool outside says 130cm deep but it's really just 115 so if your little one is 125cm+ then he/she can get around on toes even if not a confident swimmer. There are different entertainmaint for adults and kids every day / every hour. There is an hourly schedule what happens and when, schedule repeats on weekly basis. Underground carpark is expensive (about 12 eur a day) but very nice and very recommended if you come by car as there isn't much parking near.

Free space is a bit limited around the pool, there are enough sunbeds, so you will always find one but there's only gonna be like a metre or less between your bed and the pool or the next bed. There are some more spacious sunbeds away from the noise and a pool though. There is no poolside drink service, you have to get up and go to the bar that's inside the building.

Lots of amenities for children (kids club, courts, chess etc) as well as entertainment for both kids and adults for most of the day (pool, bar etc). The food was excellent but could do with some better dessert options. The rooms are very big and again lots of amenities there (microwave, cutlery, fridge, kettle, drying line). This is one of the best hotels I had stayed and it is worth the money. The stuff are firendly and very accomodating. The lifeguards make sure the rules are followed which makes everyone's stay so much better. The entertainers are a highlight. The sea is close by and accesible by foot and so are the shops, atm and other cafes and bars.

Not much, everything was perfect.

We had a great time here. Rooms were comfy and plenty of towels and shower gel etc. food was varied and good quality. I did however see a lot of people pile their plates and then not eat it - you can go up as many times as you like so there is no need to waste food!! You can cut through the car park so only have a small incline to walk and a great supermarket which is directed from the notice boards.

I don’t have any negatives expect people saving loungers very early in the morning one family saved 8 - which I counted from my balcony! It is very inconsiderate to other guests. If I was in charge afraid I would have really cracked down on this…

All the staff were wonderful and made our stay fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and great facilities for a family. Kids loved the pool entertainment. We were two families holidaying together and we all loved it. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay, the only criticism would be that the drinks were quite expensive. 11 Euros for a Jack Daniels and Coke, and nearly 5 for a beer. Also you have to buy any drinks you want with dinner, whereas the drinks (juice , coffee) with breakfast were included. Some free water with dinner would be a nice option. Other than that, I would highly recommend the hotel.

My daughter and I had the best week, we felt so safe, indoor pool a big bonus as the outdoor one was a little cold. Great selection at breakfast. Good location, walk to beach, restaurants and bars, short walk to supermarket. And easy access to hotel though car park. We would certainly come back again.

We didn’t love the balcony on room 419 as there was no sun coming in as there was a wall on ours, but on a plus it meant sleep ins as the room was dark. When asked to move we couldn’t be accommodated on the day as they hotel was booked out but said we could try another day. However we didn’t as we wanted to unpack and enjoy the week, therefore staff very accommodating.

Rooms were nicely decorated with all the amenities you would expect with plenty of activities for all ages. The kids club for the little ones and sports and pool games for the older kids and even adults. Evening entertainment was fun for all. The food for mass catering was good. We tended to swop (F.OC) our evening meal to lunch time so we could eat out. Good location not too far to walk to the beach. The hotel was kept immaculate by the staff who were friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies that cleaned our room (Iris and Aroa) who made the room everyday with fresh linen and towels whenever required.

I preferred the lunch buffet to the evening buffet as you could select fresh fish and prawns to be cooked in front of you on a hotplate, but no real criticism as there was lots of choice. Whilst not fine dining it suited the kids with pizzas and burgers available every day/ night if they couldn’t find something else they liked. The only very minor issue we had was on arrival as our bathroom sink had a slow drain, but once reported this was fixed very quickly by the hotels onsite maintenance team.

Good hotel to travel with a 4 year old. He really enjoyed the pool, kids club and disco and Beny . Staff were very good, friendly. The place was clean. Food and drinks were decent priced. Good variety of food. Nice restaurants close by too. Overall I think it's great for kids 8 yrs and under

There's a steep hill up the hotel but if you cut through car park to leave and return you can avoid some of it. It was fine for us but might be difficult if mobility isn't great. Hang onto your receipt if you get a hotel beach towel or you won't get your deposit back.

Free access to Spa, kids softplay by the pool, on site soccer pitch, hotel walk to the beach and supermarket, Bar happy hour, Big Tiger Mascot during the meals in the restaurant, kids entertainment, Heated Indoor Pool, very nice fresh orange juice during breakfast, kids were allowed in jacuzzi and my son loved it after his swim:)

Some food was tasteless, but I used salt. No free simple water with your meal and when we brought our own water the restaurant staff did not like it. Also I did not like time keeping, for example with kids mini disco

We travelled in May 2025. Our daughter really liked Kids Club and Mini Disco during the day. Very nice pools. Free parking spots are limited but we found where to park everytime. We had side sea view room which we enjoyed a lot. Also we were surprised by the size of the room. Freshly pressed orange juice and cava during the breakfast.

Only one drawback was buffet which was a bit repetitive and overwhelming with offers which at the end were with very similar taste. They should go for the quality but not for the quantity.

We came for the second time. We appreciated the extremely friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is family friendly with kids club and a nice indoor pool/spa. As we were off season the hotel and restaurant was not full and very quite. Meals were in general good and they tried to have daily different topics. Really enjoyed the live piano during dinner. And the kids liked the mini disco and the hotels mascot tiger. Hotel and rooms were clean.

Unfortunately we did not sleep well in the beds at all, to our taste they were not comfortable, also both pillows that we tried were too thick and additionally the sleeping couch of our kid was also very hard. The shower did not keep a constant temprature and it changed randomly from cold to very hot, which was quite dangerous with kids. We were told at the reception that it is happening in the whole building this way. In general the facilities are well maintained and renovated, however some areas could use some reinvestment, like kids toys and playground (e.g. trampoline), gym, bennys bar. Also with kids we would have appreciated that the main shows would start earlier in the evening (not 22:15).
