Excellent location; reception staff very pleasant and helpful; good breakfast choices; secure parking; nice spa. Reasonable choice on menu del dia and of adequate quality with good service.

Hotel did not advise us that River Club was closed during our stay which only left main restaurant for food. This was menu del dia for lunch and dinner and dinner was very late, only starting at 9pm. No other food available so unless you have the full lunch you can’t purchase anything else during the day. Almost nothing open in the village to purchase food, during our stay. Bedroom pillows are hard foam so not comfortable but appreciate this is personal choice. Spa only open between 5pm and 9pm which needs to be booked in advance.

We love this hotel and have returned a few times. it is perfectly located for the town and the river. We also did a cave walk. Love the new pool!

The river outside the hotel is looking a bit dirty this year, needs a good clean up of the algae and chopped down trees everywhere making it feel a bit hectic. The Club restaurant was a bit lacking this year for us, we felt less valued and as though the staff were not as happy and attentive.

Quiet room with a fridge, nice river/valley view, very good breakfast, and friendly, welcoming staff.

Some major riverbed reconstruction was underway with heavy machinery working full day. I was surprised by how little English the staff can speak. Despite warm days in Spain, tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms would be welcome.

The staff was very helpful, the room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, the location was perfect. They had private parking. There are plenty of fun activities nearby. I would recommend and stay here again.

We had dinner "menu of the day" and the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant. It was very convenient to have these options in the hotel when you are too tired to go venture out. The food was Ok, it filled our stomachs, but that's all, but we did not repeat these options. There are tastier options in the town. Be aware of the opening hours and rythm of the restaurants in the town area. And reserving a table is highly recommended!

I liked the location and view from the room and hotel building itself. We are family of 4, a couple and 2 children. We have requested the interconnecting room at the booking stage. I was little worried if our request was honored until the actual check in. I felt really relived to find out we actually had an interconnecting room as requested. I was so glad that they took the great care to make sure that our request was honored and interconnecting rooms actually being offered. Room were very new with new furniture, bathroom etc. We didn't have the balcony. Yet the view from the room was very eye pleasing and relaxing. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you

Very nice and newly renovated hotel. Helpful staff both at the reception and at the restaurant. perfect location. there is a possibility for paid parking at the location, but we easily found free parking on the street just outside ( however currently there are less people than usually ). Great SPA centre. We stayed longer than planned just because we liked it a lot :)

Even though the food at the restaurant was good, I would prefer a bit healthier options. but it’s just for my taste. I’m not a fan for blankets that were used by many other people (when they are only covered by a simple white cloth). But I have seen it a lot in southern Europe, so I guess it’s a common thing that you can’t complain about :) Don’t forget swimming caps, because you’ll be charged extra at the SPA.

Good location. River view from our room, the spa and outside swimming pool. If you're looking for a quiet location, this is the perfect place. Be aware that on Monday's (out of high season), a large percentage of restaurants are closed, some were only opening from Thursday!

No tea/coffee facility in the room and no extra pillows...

Good breakfast buffet, very efficient and good value evening dining. Great location by river with good access to walking. In small town so other dining options too.

Limited access to pool/spa but this did not inconvenience us.

New opening hours for the pool from 16:00 until 21:09 😳 so no swim in the mornings. Busy season, full hotel and only 5 hours a day available in the spa/pool. Also anti insect lamps should be installed in the restaurant as too many flies!
