Nice hotel with all necessary facilities to secure you a enjoyable stay. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast and good spa facilities.

There was a very nice interior garden that was open during the day and closed at early evening. It would have been nice to have it open until a bit later.

We had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed, breakfast was perfect, we used with pleasure small but nice relaxing spa. The hotel has a very good location in the centre of O Grove, in the second line, and next to town's harbour. Very clean room and all premises; friendly staff, a little bit speaking English but willing to help very much, we got all the answers and advices. The common roof terrace offers beautiful sea view and a nice comfortable relaxing area.

Our standard room was located on the 3rd attic loft floor; it had no window with any view, only small skylight window, what I didn't expect in 4* hotel, and there was nothing about it in the description of the room. Parking in the hotel's basement is very challenging, with two 90 degree turns and a narrow street entrance; it's very small and absolutely not suitable for a wide or long car, luckily our car is medium sized; other option is to find on-street parking space in a harbour, what was very possible.

A lovely surprise just off the seafront. Very modern, quite stylish hotel. The room was compact but well appointed with a generous attic style bathroom. Great terrace didn't have a sea aspect but a charming view over well kept kitchen gardens. The buffet breakfast was very good with a comprehensive and fresh range of choices in a bright dining room with the potential for a terrace - which we didn't use. The hotel very central for masses of seafood restaurants as well as the harbour and promenade walks.

This is a modern hotel and so inevitably a little anonymous. Staff are courteous and pleasant. Everything very efficient and clean. Very relaxing and comfortable when that's what you're looking for.

Clean room, big bed, and nice spa area to spend an hour.

The hotel interior feels a bit outdated. Please note that the spa, obligatory bath caps and slippers are not included in the room price (at least not in our rate). However, the price for these extras is reasonable.

the garage is not good, very dificult to acess.

The spa (although extra) was very good and the overall space was relaxing.

There were some issues with the windows not shutting effectively.

This a small hotel, very well located, very clean, modern and very nice staff

Rooms provided with terrace in the upper floor are worth it. Nice view. Staff is attentive.

Breakfast is gorgeous. Staff is very friendly . Spa is perfect, exactly what you need to relax.

Difficult to park a big car.
