Parking exit was difficult. Showers were difficult to operate. No hot food offered at the breakfast buffet - overcharged for almost 10 euros. For some cheese and meat? Very little difference between continental offering and higher priced breakfast menu. Small room for price. Bed took up the entire room. Not worth the high charge plus pay for parking plus pay for breakfast. Not a good deal at all.

Good hotel, rooms are quite spacious and at least mine had what looked like a refurbished bathroom (not the room which was slightly tired) which was very cool. A good breakfast and although not widely advertised be aware that it has a gym, which is well equipped compared to other hotel gyms. The hotel gives you a discount for a parking round the corner (€10 per night) which is reasonable compared to other hotels. There's paid on street parking but you need to find a spot. Location is very convenient. All in all a good , well priced choice.

Really liked this hotel. Good location in the town with a short walk to the historic centre. Nice classic/ old style hotel with big rooms, solid fittings and nice modern bathroom with a big shower. Very nice and reasonably priced hotel bar too. Parking in a garage available at a cost (10 euros a day) which is handy if you can’t find a space on the street or need to park for longer than 2 hours.

Nothing,would stay again if ever in ourense .as a motorcyclist hard to get hotels with everything,location cleanliness fridge and secure parking this has everything,a gem for motorcyclists.

Great location in a beautiful city. Close to a shopping mall, post office, beautiful old restaurant quarter. Laundromat, Barber, ATM, and great coffee - all in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Double glazed windows and shutters very effectively reduce outside noise. Parking easy to access and very close.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, especially at the front desk. I've stayed here 5-6 times since 2017 and always find it relaxing and enjoyable. It's an old-fashioned gem with a nice lobby, a lovely bar on premises and a great breakfast buffet. The buffet staff is top-notch too. In a great area right off the old-city; there are many drinking and dining choices within a 10 minute walk. I think it's one of Ourense"s best hotels, one that provides exceptional value with great service and a touch of class.

Enjoyed our large room and jacuzzi bath. Good breakfast with friendly staff.

Car park access very narrow. Traffic noise a little annoying at times - 3rd floor overlooking street.

Great bed (really huge!) and lovely shower! Staff were very helpful. Air con worked great, and bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Would have loved check in to be a bit earlier.

Good but small room in a good location in Ourense, the Bath of Spain. Good parking for small cars and good restaurants nearby.

Lighting a bit poor but tolerable.

Great location but downside of this is that there was quite a lot of street noise at night and first thing in morning. Friendly helpful staff. No issues with storing our bikes overnight. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent continental breakfast. Great value accomodation.

Standard hotel decor - brown and dated. However for the cost of our overnight stay with breakfast we didn't expect amazing decor.
