The spa, decoration, very spacious rooms with an unusual and interesting layout.

The fact that we had to pay an extra charge of 30€ per person to use the spa. Our initial understanding when booking was that there was a charge of 30€ added to the price of the room.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood too. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to walk to the train station at Villelegre. From there it's a few minutes to Avilés and less than an hour from Oviedo. The spa is excellent for relaxing, but is closed in the afternoon from 1 - 4 pm.

The food was very disappointing. NO vegan choices for dinner/at the bar, and few vegetarian choices. Vegetarian choices were unhealthy. If you want a fresh salad or some vegetables, you're out of luck, but if you like eating fried things smothered in cheese and mayo, you'll probably be satisfied. Breakfast was pretty limited - very few vegan options. The menu is very out-of-date: add a vegan section, and provide some options for people who like fresh and healthy eating. The food is honestly a reason that I wouldn't return.

The hotel was attractive with plenty of parking underneath. The dining room set menu was good and breakfast also good. The location was quiet and we had a good view of the distance mountain tops. The artificial grass on the patio outside our room was a nice touch.

We woud have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and we really don't see the point of the window between the bathroom and bedroom. In fact, we like to leave a bathroom light on overnight for convenience and that meant the bedroom wasn't as dark as we would liked as the blind did not block the light sufficiently. A heavier blind would have been appreciated.

Location, definitely... Not the best place if you want to go for a walk in Aviles's city centre

Nice and spacious rooms- we had two double rooms connected, which was perfect for parents and children. Rooms clean and beds comfortable and bathrooms very nice delimited. In the nearby you also have a big mall with everything you need.

I found one problem if you wish to sleep of a night with the window open and no air con working None stop dog barking all night of up to seven dogs barking to 5am Sad you do not have a kettle and cups in room. Like uk.

Barking dogs all night. You can't sleep with the fresh air of a window open Also liked to have a swim but all was extra and had to be booked. Nothing to say about parking place. Bathroom floor very slippery when wet no had rails.

Fantastic restaurant, clean, modern rooms and good facilities

Would like to have used the swimming pool for free without having to do the thermal circuit (paid)

Hotel had a good looking architecture. Service at the bar was very good and friendly.

Furniture was not in its best days.

Roomy and airy hotel with nice bar and lounge area. Good staff.

Strange sort of location with nothing really local unless a 25 mins walk into City.
