We stayed one night as the last stop of our road trip in Asturias. The hotel is situated in the very city central of Aviles and has access to great French gardens that offer a lot of shade. The hotel boasts authentic charm. We stayed in a very spacious room with great beds and clean bathroom. Staff are very friendly, especially at the reception and housekeeping. Very nice breakfast room, amazing buffet with a lot of healthy fresh options.

We had early breakfast because we had to catch a flight. The key card indicated that breakfast opened at 7am, but apparently it was only at 8 am. We signaled at reception but there was little empathy with our message. Moreover, there were a lot of people at that time (related to a city fantasy festival taking place), many of them were very noisy which spoiled a bit our breakfast experience.

The hotel is just beautiful, it’s a stunning place. Our room was lovely , immaculately clean with extremely comfortable bed and a great pillow selection. The bathroom was great too. The hotel is beautifully furnished everywhere and has gorgeous old features throughout. It has a huge stunning garden at the back too. The staff were very nice and helpful too. It is in a corner of the lovely España plaza which is very nice area indeed, restaurants, bars, shopping etc all there and a short walk to the bus station. We used the buses a lot, there are buses from right outside the airport too. We got the bud to the lovely Salinas beach which is not far away. Also bus to Cudillero which is quaint and a lovely day out . We would so recommend staying here. 👌😊❤️

Nothing , all was perfect.

We loved everything about Palacio de Aviles. Being in the heart of the dowtown area made a great first impression. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the bus station which made our day trip to Cudillero super easy and we were just a short taxi ride away from Playa de Salinas. In the evening, the Jardin is beautiful and peaceful.

We do not eat breakfast. Just had Coffee. I told the Waitress this is all we wanted and would be happy to pay for our cup of Coffee. I guess She thought we were having a full breakfast because as we were checking out the Woman asked said we had breakfast

Not much anyone could do about it..Mosquitos! Had to keep the beautiful Windows that looked over the Garden shut..and Please do Not use Mosquito spray..

I was checking out very early so could not get food anywhere but luckily the hotel always has coffee and bun ready for early checkouts. Loved it!

All was great. However, my key card did not work. I had to go downstairs 3 times before receptionist realized that they need to do something. At the end, it was just that the door lock battery was low. I did not enjoy these walks after a long trip. Also, the breakfast for 19Eur feels like a ripoff.

Breakfast was excellent, reception staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and cool, which was a lifesaver on these really hot days.

Add more vegan options to the breakfast, and more vegetarian options to the Seagramms Bistro menu! It's 2024, there should be at least one vegetarian main dish! Salads don't always have to have meat in them!

Beautiful historical section and great location.

We were first put in the new section where our room was very hot because there was no air and it was directly in the sun all day. Fortunately they moved us to the historic part of the hotel and our room was lovely with a view of the plaza.

Location is excellent, the coffee area inside with snacks is a great place to work, unwind when you get back in or just read a book.

Parts of the hotel like the rugs on the stairs and hallways, the bathrooms and aspects of the room are starting to get outdated.

Location is excellent, although the parking is not part of the hotel, the public parking garage is right under the hotel and super convenient. The hotel is located right in the old town, it is beautiful and offers art, concerts, etc.

The bathroom did not have a window and the ventilation system did not work which was not very comfortable.

Stunningly renovated original building with modern room tower added. Next to formal garden. Impressive artwork throughout. Perfectly located on main square and connected to large public park. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast.

Disappointed we were unable to enjoy restaurant due to special event.
