I was on the way from NL to Extremadura and wanted to visit the Spa in Panticosa. I heard the Spa Hotel is run down and they did not answer me. I was making booking while riding over the mountains and it was a bit challenging to communicate since the staff was leaving the hotel and I was lucky that my booking was received and answered in the last minute. What was very surprising for me as a person with back problems in many beds, that this nights, even after riding car for 2 days, I slept perfect and had no pain in the morning. The bed was very small, the springs even approach the surface, but for some reason which is not clear yet this type of bed which is not so common anymore seems to be super healthy for lumbar problems. In addition, it was super quiet in the night. Staff was in the morning super friendly to chat with and share information. I was aware that I could not park in front but it was not a problem to temporary halt for unloading and then parking 3 minutes walking away. The room is a simple room, but it was cheap, and I slept fantastic, so I was pleased.

I knew in advance that the sound isolation is not good. but it was actually not a problem for me, since I was the one who arrived in the early morning, and maybe I disturbed others (?). So this is a place where people really need to be quiet to respect each other.

Great crew. We got entrance to the hotel because we were completely wet caused by multiple hours of cycling in the rain. Very friendly!

Great bed sheets, very friendly staff and the place was clean. Breakfast was good too, eggs bacon and a buffet.

Family run small Hotel. very friendly staff and comfortable room.

Parking my Motorcycle was not the easiest due to space available.
