Garage facility difficult to park in. Damaged car because space too small

staff friendly and made you feel welcome all facilities were fine , clean comfortable room/bed, lots of space and nice decor, nice bathroom

an issue on leaving with the secure parking, ticket didn't work and husband had to try to explain giving his details of room number and hotel details, he let him out eventually. road system a bit confusing in the town centre.

Perfectly placed hotel near lots of bars and restaurants in the old town by the cathedral. Parking is very close in an underground carpark which is quite tight to get into the parking spaces but we managed in an estate car. Staff very helpful, and let us try our limited Spanish! Breakfast was very good. There is a bar but wasn’t open when we were there in March.

Location was good, The bedroom was large and the bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room opened onto a large patio with table and chairs. The buffet breakfast was good.

The bathroom was very small which seemed very strange with such a large bedroom. The room could be improved by having pictures on the wall and a mirror. Although the bedroom was very large it did not feel cozy.

we had a lovely spacious room , very comfortable. parking is over the road in a public car park a discount is given when staying at the hotel. the main square, Plaza mayor, is just around the corner and has a good range of bars and restaurants. the restaurant in the hotel was closed. I would use this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay but a few minor issues if I had to pick: - No tea/coffee maker in the hotel room - Two single beds pushed together instead of a double - Parking lot was quite tight

Best hotel so far this trip. With somewhere to keep my bicycle and great breakfast. The air conditioner actually worked as it should unlike 5 out of the last 7 hotel's.

It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room or coffee available in the hotel, even if it was just a vending machine

The room was spacious, clean, well ventilated and very comfortable. The staff we met were friendly and helpful and the location is excellent, as is the breakfast. On-street parking was available a short distance from the hotel.

There was nothing not to like. This hotel provides good value for money.

Location, comfort, value, cleanliness and staff. This hotel is a staple of the city. Now under the EXE mgmt, it still retains traditional furnishings and has been upgraded. As a group of 3 adults, we were on the top floor with a wonderful terrace with great views of the cathedral and mountain rage (Santa Barbara). Restroom was a little small, but great shower, toiletries, bidet, and quality towels. Partnered Parking facility was very, very close. Main Plaza Major right around the corner. Highly recommend.

Unloading bags was a bit tricky. Using a small side street with flashers on the car worked out though. This inconvenience was minor and found throughout my travels in Europe in large and small cities.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered bicycle storage and were able to use the space to repair a puncture. Breakfast was good and they allowed us to start an hour early. Parking for support motorcycle very handy.
