I really like the facilities, the breakfast is good, and what I would highlight most is the cleanliness.

Our bathroom had a rather unpleasant odour. In addition, we noticed the lack of dinner service in the cafeteria, since one of the reasons why we decided to stay here is because before they did perform this service.

We loved everything — from the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel, and the excellent breakfast, to the spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated public areas, as well as the comfort of the room and the high quality of the bed linen and towels

I recommend wholeheartedly Hotel Piramide. Everything was perfect: delicious breakfast (a wide variety buffet), super clean and comfortable room with a seaview, kind staff always ready to help. The location of Piramide is amazing: a few steps from hotel there is a litoral path alongside the coastline, Praia Paxarinas and Praia a Lanzada can be easily reached by car. You can't be bored there even if it rains :) We will definitely come back.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. It’s located close enough to walk to towns but quiet with ocean views and the sound of the seas. Loved the terraces and pool with ocean views too. Beautifully updated and modern.

breakfast was great with a lot of things all well served. The room as big and very cosy. I did not use the pool.

Tennis court not clean and net broken so couldn't have a good game of tennis. Not like in brochure

It should be classified as more than a 2 stars! The facilities are great, everything was really clean, the sunset views were amazing and the playground for the kids was enjoyable.

The dinner buffet could be a bit better for the price.
