The Hotel Gaudi was situated next to the old town which was ideal for exploring this compact city. We travelled to Reus by train from Stiges and walked to the hotel with our two wheeled suit cases from the station which was a gentle down hill stroll and took 15 minutes. The room was spacious and clean with a gentle air conditioning system to keep the room comfortably cool in the heat of summer. We did not have breakfast purely because we had some spare hours in the morning before catching a taxi to Reus airport and wanted to experience some Spanish café food. However, we did use the adjoining restaurant and bar where the service and food was excellent and you could sit outside watching the people of Reus going about their business.

Im not sure what could have been better for the money. A outside balcony and pool would probably be to much to ask.

Very good clean and spacious rooms in this hotel, excellent value. Very central and easy to find, close to the old town attractions. The room I had was 7th floor with an amazing view of the city, right across to the coast. Good quality bed and bathroom, I was surprised at the quality for the price.

It was exactly what I needed, didnt try the breakfast as plenty of cafes nearby. There's a coffee machine open all hours in reception. The wifi was terrible, complicated and seemed unsecure... and so I couldn't be bothered with it , just used my phone data. If you need WiFi you might have a problem!! Also as other reviews, there don't seem to be english speaking channels on tv. For the price all this is no problem for me.

The hotel a bit dated but very comfortable, with good size bedroom and bathroom. Walk in shower. English speaking TV channel available, It equidistant from bus and railway station both a good 20 minute walk. Consider a taxi,. The hotel sits just outside the Old Town a five minute walk at most. Breakfast was standard but good choice and reasonably varied certainly worth the money.

Really nothing to dislike. Very good value for money.

In Reus city centre, so excellent location. Close to the train&bus station for easy travel to nearby Salou or further afield to Barcelona. Great value for money, with staff that were kind and helpful. Clean and tidy, with excellent amenities such as a free luggage storage.

The room got very hot at night but understand this is due to the weather and location in Catalonia :)

Staff were excellent, breakfast far exceeded our expectations and set us up for the day and the location was very central

The bar shuts at 8pm, parking is right next door and 4.50 e is good value for 24 hrs.

Location was good. And ordering of taxi was reliable: it took just less than 5 mins for the car to arrive to take me to the local airport. Aircon, considering the high temp outside, was good (Aircon was my principle criterion for selection a hotel in Reus). Room was good. Breakfast was good. I'd stay here again.

Disliked · Wifi: Lack of explanation as to how/where to input wifi login and password on my first stay. I had a laptop, which made wifi apparently unaccessible on my first stay. On my 2nd stay two days later, I specifically asked and was told to input a long number (several digits) into Google Search and then to input the username and password into the thing that popped-up. It worked then.

The hotel is not far from the airport and is well located in the city . Very clean and have a nice staff. satisfied with the service delivery by the workers . The size of the room was big enough. I recommend it for everyone who needs to be there.

The Internet was sometime not stable but in all was very good.

The hotel has a great location in the centre of Reus. The amenities are clean and the room is big enough for a weekend stay. Our room was on the 7th floor so we had a great view over the town. The AC worked well, the bed was comfy. It's a great value for the price, I highly recommend it.

As others say, it's not possible to open any window and therefore impossible to get fresh air inside. As an alternative the ventilation system works well. There were some youngsters making really loud noise in the very early morning in one of the days so they woke me up earlier that expected.

Very comfy bed and pillows, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, very cheap car park next door 4.50€ per night. I had a problem with my lap top and the IT shop across the road repaired it while I waited. A tip - from the hotel turn left for bars and restaurants.
