Great room and bed, spa onsite (though the steam room / Turkish bath was broken during our stay), the staff were fantastic. I recommend walking (a longish walk) or getting a cab to the nearby punta (point) with its lavafield for sunset - very dramatic. You could take beers or some wine from the hotel bar. Very relaxing place.

Breakfast was good but the dinner at the onsite restaurant wasn't amazing. There is another restaurant which is sometimes open across the road with lovely food.

Hotel is literally at the remote edge of the island on the cliff, ocean on this side of the island is in constant move with lots of waves hitting the shore. , great to watch and listen to. amazing views all around nice walks and hiking paths. Hotel staff was very friendly. It makes it easier if one speaks some Spanish.

This is a spa hotel with thermal medicinal waters. While i understand most of spa services are payable i would have liked at least regular sauna/turkish bath being free to hotel guests [19€ /hour charge]. Food offering both breakfast and dinner/lunch could have been a bit better. i.e no vegetables available on breakfast buffe so if you like to make a toasty it would be only cold cuts and bread.

Absolutely wonderful spot :) bright, spacious, comfortable rooms. Comfy bed, great shower. Nice dinner and full breakfast buffet. The jacuzzi and sauna were really nice after a long hike. The view was amazing, the hotel is right on the sea's edge. Sweet cats roam around the property too which made it extra homey :)

Faultless!

Excellent hotel, really quiet and nice facilities, pretty large swimming pool, rooms with an awesome view over the mountains or over the ocean. It's also worth mentioning the good breakfast and simply excellent dinner, really well priced and simply delicious. They also have a good variety of locally produced wine, which is really good as well. Will come back on our next visit on the island.

The air conditioning is quite old and makes a weird noise, even on the lowest setting, but it's not that hot even in the summer in here, so you don't really need it turned on overnight.

Fantastic location, falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Nice room with a huge terrace. Reception staff very very nice. Good spa facilities, nice massage. El Hierro wines served in the restaurant.

Somewhat limited stock in the bar. No cocktails, no rose wine for a pre dinner drink.

Fantastic location, beautiful food breakfast and dinner. Great service and facilities, right along the ocean with amazing sound of the sea right throughout the hotel. Would highly highly recommend this hotel
