Location, rooms are very comfortable, stylish hotel, good location, good design, friendly reception, good parking on premise (but a bit narrow).

The bar food could be much better, also these rules that you cannot have a proper glass in the garden but then the beer is served in glass bottles, the staff at the bar seems junior and stressed, so many „no“s to our requests, so many rules that one feels unwelcomed, you can do much better than this! I still give you a great rate as I believe in you but you have to improve to deliver a great job! Start improving the bar menu, play some chillout music, clean and organise the sofas that seem run down, just get a person responsible for this. Also the room bath has an uneven floor and one can easily fall.

Nice clean hotel undergoing some upgrading atm. I had booked to stay for a week but the hotel is very far from Valencia and quite remote. Our taxi (Uber) fare from the airport was £75. That’s a lot. We asked at reception whether there was public transport into the city. No! We would need to get a taxi from there hotel to another town and public transport from there. We do not like holidays where you sit by the pool or sea all week so cancelled after night 1 and moved to the city.

Breakfast was average as far as the food went. Bacon egg, cerials and lots of cured meats. But the entertainment was noisy and disturbed the peace one usually enjoys at hotel breakfasts: They allow guests to bring dogs! I know some of you dog owners will think “that’s a good thing” At my first ( and only) breakfast in the courtyard I was the only guest to join one couple and their dog. It barked at me the whole time! I was the only other guest taking breakfast in the courtyard. Other guests were in the restaurant. 🤔Yet others soon to arise. The dog took against me and decided to tell the world he had done so by barking profusely, each time he saw I was still there. (not in the bar like the other guests) I am sure he would have woken some people.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed for our dog. Our room on the ground floor had sliding doors onto a walled private garden with a small patio with table and chairs and a gravel area where we could let the dog out at night without having to walk through the hotel. The garden had a gate in the wall that opened onto the car park so we could take the dog out to the street or the long sandy beach without having to go through the hotel which we really appreciated.

The main terrace and pool were closed as they were being refurbished, it was March and raining most of the time so we would not have used them anyway.

The room - Junior Suite with sea view was everything I could have hoped for. Private terrace, views from the terrace and the bed! The breakfast was wonderful. My friends and I had ridden our bicycles from Bilbao and breakfast is very important to us! This was the last day of our vacation before going to Valencia to fly home and it was the perfect ending. THANK-YOU!

The housekeeping staff use something with a very strong scent that was nearly overpowering. After opening every window and door, it finally went away. PLEASE use products with no scent or perfume.

Loved this place for an overnight stop. Wish it had been summer and for longer! Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Large ground floor room with very comfy bed, lovely modern bathroom and a secure terrace with its own door to the car park. Secure parking and very dog friendly - a dog bed and bowls in the room. We had a lovely supper (very reasonably priced) in the bar area of the restaurant of truffle and parmesan pasta and a ceasar salad, where our dog was welcome. Beautifully modern communal areas and a stunning pool (that we only admired through the January rain!). Its a short walk on to the beach through the dunes or there is a long promenade before the beach on which to walk the dog. It was perfect for us (although the location might not be for everyone as the hotel is a way to the town). Breakfast was a very good spread of cold and hot buffet choices. The hotel looks great, clean, facilities are properly maintained. Nice location, helpfull stuff. You can get beach towels and an umbrella at the reception. Compliments to the restaurant - the quality is very good, so you don't really need to go outside for a lunch or dinner.

Nothing really, everything was fine. The only recommendation for the hotel would be to change the coffee/tea cups in the rooms for some other model — they don't have handles and are uncomfortable to use when hot.

The room was large, modern and well equipped. The air conditioning was working in all hotel areas, providing a pleasant temperature, despite the heat outside. The breakfast and dinners had an amazing buffet, with different options always available and promptly restocked. The staff was kind, professional and efficient in all areas (at the reception, in the restaurant and for all about cleaning) and capable of adapting according to the number of guests. The swimming pool area is cozy, well equipped and can fit a reasonable amount of people.

The hotel parking (8€/day) was too narrow and they try to fit a too large number of cars, compared with the space effectively available. The result of this are veeeeeery tight car spots, where - once you parked your car - you can't even open the door to get out of it.

The rooms were big and clean. The swimming pool was also very clean and refreshing. Food was delicious. The staff at reception is very generous and helpful. The reception desk is 24 hours. They have a basic fitness centre which can be used as well. The beach is very clean and easy access.

The car parking is not free. It is paid at 8 euros per day. The breakfast is 14 euros per person and you should go early to get your choice. They have a very nice bar area besides the pool, but I never saw that functioning. Perhaps it was only till August and we went in September. I didn't ask but it could have brought a more festive and holiday vibe to it. The minibar in the room was empty. For a 4 star hotel, I expected a bit more.

Located in a wonderful setting on a beach that has the perfect sea and water temperature. Presidential suite was very private and exclusive. We loved it and most certainly would return.

Minor critique: Having the best room in the hotel, with the best areas, best views to the ocean and pool and not have glasses to have drinks in the room was strange, because almost every hotel has glasses to drink water at least. We only had 2 mugs to drink coffee. The suites and presidential suite deserve a small kitchenette area or at least a cupboard with glasses to compliment a mini bar. Think about your exclusive customers as well. It is an important feature.

Difficult to find with very small signs to show the way. There was nothing in the immediate area to do as everywhere was closed at this time of year. At €14 the breakfast was expensive and although I didn't have it I would find it difficult to consume €14 worth of food for breakfast
