The location was amazing with views that were absolutely out of this world. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel rooms were lovely, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant looked fantastic — the tasting menu at 49 euros is excellent value for lunch, but a bit pricey for dinner.

the coffee from the machine at breakfast was quite bitter and had a strange taste, didnt like the coffee at all. Unfortunately, there were also quite a few flies in the breakfast room, which was a bit off-putting for a buffet setting. Maybe get a machine to kill them, or covers for the food.

Beautiful swimming pool area with lots of greenery and lots of space. Comfortable rooms overlooking a pond.  Great spa facilities where kids are permitted at specific times separate from adult-only schedules. Both the restaurant and snack bar serve delicious food. Incredibly friendly and courteous staff. Free parking within the complex.

The bar / snack is not always open. It would be great to have a list with some nearby recommendations of similar-standing places to have drink or a snack.

The grounds are stunning and so well kept and the room balcony overlooked the lake. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. The facilities around the outside pool were plentiful

The breakfast room was far too warm. Could not sit comfortably to eat. No full length mirror in room. This is a must for a hotel that holds Many functions and weddings.

I love it all with its beautiful facilities and tennis school and swimming pools, and restsurant. The massage was great as well!! Recommended!

The only thing is to somehow agree with anjuntamento and install a noise reduction wall along the road. Thus is the unique thing to improve.The rest is just amazing!

The hotel complex .

The fact that the main restaurant was closed the evening we stayed. The substitute offering was ok. Secondly we didn't like the grass around the outdoor pools. Too messy with long needles from the trees. One dying tree was shedding its leaves straight into the main pool.

Spacious, nicely laid out hotel to make sure that all the rooms overlook the park with duck pond and nice open views. The rooms are generously sized with a nice bathroom, have air-conditioning and all have a big balcony or terrace. The hotel is clean and the staff is very pleasant, good breakfast options for people with dietary restrictions. All in all good value for money

In the bathroom there was no possibility to hang the handtowel anywhere near the sink, which is not very practical. When showering the water splashed out on the floor and soaked the bathmat, the shower screen - at least in our room - was a bit too short

The location is beautiful and the room is spacious and nice. Loved the bed!

In the same night that we were there, there was some group having a party or something until 1 am on the ground floor and it was hard to sleep with all the noise in our room. (We were at the first floor) They should have rules to respect the other guests or have some better acoustic solution.

landscapes was amazing, swimming pools are spacious, staff super friendly and ready to help .details of decoration for every corner in this resort was perfect.cleaness of the room and property as all was satisfied.

the problem in this property is the food. they don’t have lunch while outside restaurants in the village are closed. they have only breakfast with limited choices. and dinner started at 8.pm.with limited choice too. such property with huge courts for padel and tennis, swimming pools, bikes.at least should provide (FIRST AID)for urgent help. I got injured while playing padel, unfortunately no First Aid available!

Put ketchup on display and English breakfast tea it would be perfect. Really peaceful setting, rooms and hotel really clean, staff pleasant.

Extremely nice hotel with amazing facilities. Spa is small but very good, no need to go magma. Breakfast is very good. Wifi is strong and fast.

The rooms are a bit old, would be nice to refresh. TV not so many channels and la majority only in Spanish / Catalan.
