We love this hotel and have now stayed 5 times, always a great experience and we always look forward to returning! Half board option is such good value for money - breakfast, starter, main meal, desert and coffee all included in the price and food is always delicious. Special mention to Virginia who served us breakfast, drinks, evening meal and cleaned our rooms, such a hard worker and a credit to the hotel!

Only 1 issue, we booked 3 identical King Rooms and whilst 2 couples had the amazing rooms on the front of the hotel, 1 couple were given a room at the back with no natural light, a little disappointing we didn't all get the same especially as this was the first time they had stayed with you and we had told them how amazing the rooms were

Room was compact, but fine for the three of us. Good selection for breakfast to start the day. Location is perfect for a base for several days riding the surrounding roads. Restaurant on site is a bonus or there are other options just a short walk in to town. Safe parking for our bikes in their garage overnight is also a big plus. Staff friendly.

Would be nice if there was an English menu to refer to.

The location for our motorcycle trip was very good, with easy access to the Pyrenees mountain ranges. The staff were excellent. The evening meal and breakfast were very good.

The secure garage facility was not easily identifiable, with access being from only one direction, which the staff on reception did not clarify very well. It was a tight squeeze for the 20 or so motorcycles using it.

I have been to this hotel before & wanted to return. My stay this time was as good as previously. The hotel is overlooking the beautiful rushing river, and our room had this view. You can park in the road outside. The room is clean & comfortable. Staff are charming. The inclusive breakfast is very good value & you can make your own pan con tomate if you wish. We were en route back to France & didn't eat our dinner in the restaurant. I have done so before and it was very good.

Good view from our front room window. Good buffet breakfast. Good size of bedroom and bathroom. Free roadside parking opposite hotel.

Arrival on a Sunday with reception and bar/restaurant closed. No tea/coffee or kettle facility in the room, and a water dispenser near reception was found to give out only cold water. Luckily, saw a staff who got two cups of hot water for us to drink after arrival.

Had requested evening meal in advance but on arrival told no food available that evening- in fact they closed up everything at around 6pm as we went for a walk & came back to find the hotel front entrance door locked & everything closed. So we couldn’t get a drink or a staff member to answer any questions we had. We witness people trying to check in & they had to ring a buzzer at the front door to speak to someone. The swimming pool is actually not on site but at the camp site up the road!!!

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good as was the restaurant for evening meals and I liked the garage parking for motos.

The restaurant needs WiFi so people can use their phones to translate menu, also for breakfast another coffee machine for busy periods

A friendly hotel with free parking on a quiet area

We were disappointed with a room at the backside of the hotel. An opaque screen blocking the view, which gives the room a gloomy atmosphere. The unwanted extra bed did not improve the atmosphere. The pictures on Booking advertise a room at the front of the hotel. These are indeed nice rooms.

The hotel was on the main road, beside the fast-flowing river. (The road was quiet overnight). The receptionist had some English, so check-in was fine. The room was a good size, with comfortable beds. The decoration of the room was different with a painted ceiling. The staff in the restaurant were excellent, even though they had no English, we managed to communicate. The food was plentiful and good. Breakfast was equally good and plentiful.

Great value for the room including breakfast. We also had a good lunch in the restaurant. The bed was comfortable, and the room temperature was nicely controllable.

Not a major issue, but the walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests watching TV. The Bathroom floor needed a better clean.
