Very welcoming, accommodating staff. This was a last-minute reservation we had made because our plans changed unexpectedly, and when we arrived that morning before we could check in, we were invited to eat breakfast there, which was very gracious of them. The breakfast was really good–a lot of good options, and a very good value for the cost. Great check-in. And I really appreciate that I got an upgraded room (without asking) with a balcony and a beautiful view. Really cozy hotel. Great experience.

We had the great pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel. From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly kind and professional – they explained everything thoroughly and made us feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. A cozy bed, and a breathtaking mountain view made my stay an absolute delight. The entire atmosphere of the hotel, the excellent service, and the stunning surroundings make this a place I will definitely want to return to. I highly recommend it!

The room was very spacious and pleasant, very comfortable beds, a great shower, a lovely view from the balcony and a varied and excellent breakfast. The location is excellent, in front of the taxis that take to the park. In addition, the owner of the hotel helped us a lot both with recommendations for trips in the area and with help with a problem we had with the car. Highly recommended

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the national park, and we were very pleased with our room, which was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were very kind, and the parking was convenient. We will return to this hotel the next time we visit the park.

Els Encantats is excellent and conveniently located across the street from the taxi stand to the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

The location is just in front of the jeep taxi station. The place is very clean and the hospitality is great. The breakfast is great. The rooms that have no balcony, are just over the next by stream. The public zone with games

By far the cleanest and nicest hotel we stayed at. The staff (both young - I am not sure how else to describe them) were very helpful, and offered to give us suggestions on hiking routes and places to eat in town. Thank you!
