Location is close to the bus station and city centre. The rooms are soundproof which is great, very quite during the night.

The matress was a bit used-up and should be replaced and my pillow was really bad, had lupms inside, so I hardly slept through the night. We stay in this hotel at least once a year and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, differents hairs were lying on the bathroom floor when we entered. It would be great if the hotel could provide an electric kettle in the rooms.

Very nice staff, very clean and silent, and quiet, well surrounded by cafeterias, bars, pubs, restaurants, etc. It is located 10-minute waking from the historical downtown. Very spacious and neat rooms. It is possible to park in the streets around the hotel, but there is no free parking, you have to pay via a parkmeter.

If you don’t book their parking, then it is pretty hard to find a free spot nearby. On the other hand, there is no even courtesy parking in front of the hotel reception to drop-off passengers and luggage. Instead, there is only a taxi station.

Really comfortable room. Very central and easy to get to. Parking around the hotel was relatively easy to find too. Staff was exceptional. Very helpful with everything we needed! Thank you!

The shower has a window...towards the bed. There's no real way to cover the window so it's a bit weird when sharing with a friend...

The accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that my business trip went smoothly. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the modern amenities, making my stay very comfortable.

It's challenging to pinpoint anything I didn't like given the high standard of service. However, every establishment can benefit from continuous improvement, perhaps in updating some facilities or expanding the breakfast variety even further.

Comfy bed, great staff, easy parking for motorbikes, great location, adjacent the bus station, lots of bars and restaurants nearby

Location is excellent a few minutes walk from parks and historic buildings plus many shops and cafés, staff is helpful, room is clean, easy paid parking.

we were given a room behind a wall near the fire exit so wifi signal was very weak and we needed to work online

The hotel is located in the city centre as it states. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a good shopping centre. The hotel parking is very good once we found it! The room was not as big as I anticipated but served our needs.

Maybe a bigger room.

Bedding and curtains had “cuts” in them, which does not make it up to standard. Everything was clean, but items should be replaced when they are damaged. Aircon/heating does not make much sense, we never managed to really understand (we should have asked maybe..) Overall very good experience ☺️

central location, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by. nice cafe bar on site with great menu del día. Breakfast was good and there is great onsite parking for a small fee.

poor wifi signal in the room, probably because we were on the 7th floor.

Room was lovely and clean, nice comfortable beds.

Fridge in the room didn't work, obviously wasn't checked properly, extremely hot day when we were there so the fridge was important Parking i thought was expensive
