location was very nice - facilities nice - View from room was fantastic - balcony with table and chairs very good - bathroom nice with full size bathtub and a separate toilet room - closet with hanging space good - safe was great -
breakfast was OK but is very overpriced - at least the continental portion of the food served should have been included in the room price - no coffee available except in the restaurant - one cup only for free - room was not completely cleaned on second day and the towels were minimal - no ice available except in the bar -

This is a very special Parador. Its surroundings are spectacular. I will surely come back. The view is stunning, even though the visibility of the church is a sign of the severe drought in Spain. I had a great time, the personnel is very kind. Make sure to visit Monestir de Sant Pere de Casserres, which was one of the highlights of our trip.
Our bathroom was a little outdated. After a rainstorm they did too much chlorine in the pool, which left my eyes irritated and my sight blurred. They should cover the pool up to protect the water.

Great dinner options (don't forget dessert!), great breakfast options (again: don't forget to ask for fried eggs, bacon and churros for dessert!). I recommend only taking rooms with a view of the lake, it's just a fantastic feeling to relax or, to the contrary, work a little on the balcony with such a chic view! After checking out of the hotel, I recommend to go to the end of the peninsula and see an ancient monastery with very beautiful views. Good luck to everyone!
Everything was great!

The location and view were fabulous. The meals, including breakfast were excellent, but over priced. Paying 18 EUs for a buffet when I only ate a small amount (a roll & a piece of toast), was, in my opinion, a high price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the dining room wait staff, as they were always available to give us bar service, even outside of mealtime hours.
I think more choices with regards to meals would be good. For example, adding a "continental" breakfast, just bread & coffee & juice for a lower price would be a good idea, I think. We were also disappointed that the pool was not yet open. In addition, our room was warm because the buildings system had not yet switched from heat to AC. Fortunately we were able to open our windows, which cooled down our room and made it quite lovely.

Beautiful view of a mountain lake and of the swimming pool. Attractive inner courtyard-type lobby with a modern, stained-glass ceiling. Friendly staff. Easy parking around the building. Good value for the price. Good breakfast buffet with excellent breads and a spread of local cold cuts. Location is remote at the end of a winding mountain road so two main attractions are views and silence.
Compared to a generally high standard among Spanish paradores, our room was quite basic, generic and lacked character despite some artwork on the walls. No coffee maker or a kettle available in the room

The pool and view from the terasse was absolutely amazing, if you look across the lake you can see the spire of the flooded church pearcing the surface of the water in the sunshine. This truly is a magical place and the excellent staff make it all the more enjoyable. This is our second stay in 8 years and we will visit again.

The room was as the picture, spacious, very clean, furniture quite new and in good state. Bathroom spacious, with separate toilet and bidet and double sinks with very big space by the sink to put all your toiletries. View it's incredible, the best. Terrace it's nice and spacious. Very quiet. Friendly and professional staff. Big and comfortable bed. We asked for double bed and we got it.
The wifi is not stable and it gives error sometimes when logging in their website which is needed to use the wifi. No tea/coffee facilities in the room (coffee machine/kettle) . No tea/coffee cups. The TV it's a bit too small. No toothpaste or toothbrush. Can't control the heating in the room, they have to switch it on or off in the whole building.

The view was amazing from the room. It was lovely sitting on the balcony taking in the view and fresh air. The room was comfortable. The lounge areas were great for relaxing. We enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs for breakfast.
It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is in a remote location high in the mountains overlooking a large lake. Large, well equipped room with a balcony that gave you a fantastic view over the surrounding mountains. The restaurant delivered excellent dinners and the biggest breakfast buffet we had ever seen. Excellent walking country. Really enjoyed our first stay in a Parador.
Unfortunately, because of the lateness in the season, the large pool was closed.

Beautiful location, lovely room with terrace and very comfortable
Nothing. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. One thing to point out is that it is a little remote from other places so expect to travel a bit if you want to see the area. This did not bother us at all but best to take note.
