The location of the hotel was excellent. Right off the main square so you can walk to everything. Also just 5 mins walk from the train station. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was a nice size. Breakfast was well worth having. It was a buffet and they will do you scrambled eggs etc fresh.

The only complaint was that the walls are thin and the other guests bang the doors thoughtlessly during the night and early morning.

Great service on reception very helpful, even took my bag to the room before I checked in. Tim was small but nice and clean. Need was comfortable

Bathroom was too small especially the shower. Had a few leaks too. Would be better with a fridge in the room

Staff were really helpful. The room was spacious and bathroom very clean. Wifi worked well. It is a very easy walk to the historic plaza but in a nice, quiet location.

Having 2 luggage racks would be helpful, but that applies to pretty much all hotels :)

Excellent budget place. Central location in a side street of Plaza del San Juan. The room was large, comfy beds and an extra couch to sit on. Modern bathroom. Everything recently renovated and in excellent condition. Great value for money.

Good location, good price. Automated Self check in and out if staff not there. Car parking nearby but you can park for free overnights near Estacion Teruel , which was safe and lots of cars left there, just remember it’s up a very steep hill 100 metres to where hotel is but there is a public lift in Castle walls, near the “ Ornate steps”

Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for exploring and an easy walk to the train station. Excellent water pressure and temperature in shower.

Small but functional room close to public parking.

Very small room and bed. Nobody available on Sunday, automatic check in outside in the rain is no fun.

The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever slept in, it was rock hard, had an awful sleep

Teruel is a hidden gem to come and visit. the Hotel Teruel Plaza is in the heart of the main areas to visit and it is a clean, comfortable and very friendly hotel at very reasonable prices. really enjoyed my stay.
