All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I had to go to the reception area late one evening to ask for assistance. Some water accidentally spilt on top of the bed from my special collapsible travelling bottle. The lovely Manageress and her husband came to my rescue and replaced the sheets and protective cover. They were courteous, professional and reassured me that it was no problem whats so ever. I also really liked the shower and mattress. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was perfect, the bed was superb, very large, comfortable, the pillows were good and the linen was white and crisp. The shower was very good with great water pressure. The air conditioning was noisy to start with but it was repaired satisfactorily while we were out.

The husband and wife team were a little distant and we couldn't use the bar facilities during the evening.

Surprisingly very comfortable room with excellent, spacious single beds, small fridge and nice bathroom facilities. Excellent value for money and well located.

Can't think of anything particularly. Upon arrival the room was rather warm, so I requested a remote control to operate the AC, which I was given in reception. Once connected, the room temperature was fine.

Second time we've stayed here. For a one star hotel is certainly delivers, though the cost is also not typically one star. It offers a big room, plenty of heating, a large bed, clean large shower and friendly reception. Also, it is very close to the Autoroute and an easy walk to the centre of Teruel, which is so worth a prolonged exploration. There is no hotel car park but plenty of free street parking and a public car park very close.

Nothing to dislike, except no bedside table on my side of the double bed.

A clean, budget option. About 20 mins walk to historic town centre. Friendly staff. Public car parking 5 mins away.

I asked for a double bed, but got just 2 single beds next to each other. Room could do with some pictures on the walls.

Large clean room, huge comfortable bed, very friendly English speaking guy on Reception, good sized bathroom and powerful shower. Plenty of decent towels. Great value for money. Easy walk to Teruel centre which is a fantastic city.

Very little not to like. As a basic no-nonsense stopover this was great. Parking limited and on the street, but seemed safe enough and there's more space over the road and a few meters on. It's easy to miss when driving. We went past it twice as the frontage is unassuming and hotel sign doesn't stand out.

Room was perfeclty adequate for me as a lone traveller. Staff were really heplful, particularly with the parking of my motorcycle. Comfortable room and the aircon was a boon as it was very hot.

The cafe in the hotel did not seem to stick to the advertise timings otherewise all good

Helpful and friendly staff. Let us build our bikes in the breakfast cafe, and leave there overnight. You can park for free in street nearby. 15 minutes walk to old city centre.

It's not a character building and no views, at least from our room.

There was no hairdryer in the room but I got it from reception by request so it's not a problem

Just the 1 nights stay on are way to pamplona very clean & comfortable just minutes away from the town centre an excellent place to stay for 1 night or more
