Nice old, historical building! Comfortable rooms, easy parking.

In the morning we didn't want breakfast and just ordered 2 coffees. I asked the waiter for the bill, which amounted to €4, I left €5. When I was checking out, I noticed that the bill included 2 coffees!! When I questioned this the guy at reception didn't bat an eyelid but just reduced the bill amount! It made me wonder if we had been staying longer and had a larger bill, would we have noticed a couple of extras having been added? For a renovated property it was amazing that there wasn't any phone charging point next to the bed!

This was our second stay and we've been very happy both times. The hotel is conveniently en route from northern Spain to our holiday home - it's just outside the centre of Teruel which meant it was easy to get to the hotel and out the next morning. The room was a decent size with a good bathroom. Breakfast was very good, with a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice. Plenty of parking with EV chargers if you want them.

Only minor point is the shortage of sockets (for charging phones) by the bed.

The hotel is very impressive from the outside & in. It’s in a good location within a short car journey into town. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel looks in need of a refit in the rooms, stairs & corridors as carpets and furniture is very worn in places. A busy bar was let down by only having one person working it, and she was rushed off her feet all night. Many customers left as could not get served, such a shame as the girl behind the bar was working so hard but needed more help. Also Aircon in bedroom not working and room temp would not drop below 26 degrees.

Set in a lovely location in its own grounds, lot of free parking, lovely outdoor pool and an amazing building. Quick and easy check in with a friendly professional receptionist. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was served in a nice conservatory, excellent choice of fresh food. A nice outsides seating area for a drink in the evening. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staff are wonderful so friendly and helpful beautiful parador will definately be back next year🤗

I found the photos on booking.com very confusing. In all the photos it clearly showed floor length window/doors and when we checked in our room 221 had a small window and felt quite claustrophobic. However I asked a very helpful gentleman on reception to change us which he did but he did point out that there were very few rooms with balconies so perhaps you should change the photos as they are very misleading. I would appreciate your comments.

Excellent 👌 Super clean and comfortable. Great bed and fantastic linen. Great air conditioning and a good fridge. Lots of light. Superb gardens and a lovely swimming pool area with perfect lawns. Sun loungers and umbrellas and pool towels. Free parking around the property. Good location close to the main road. Peaceful and quiet.

Very expensive breakfast in comparison to the price of the room

Loved this place. Although located by a busy road, it is set back in its own road so you could be in the middle of the countryside. The building is gorgeous and is classically modern, keeping the integrity of the building. The staff were lovely and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing we didn’t like - at a push the bar service was a little slow but it’s Spain and that happens. I loved it here.

The location and decor of the hotel are superb.. lovely restaurant, not a huge choice, but well cooked, presented , and served. The breakfast, was a bit pricey for what was served, but it was again, well presented, in a nice calm atmosphere… we only stayed one night, but would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Could find nothing at all to complain about.

Room and common areas were lovely, as was the garden. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and you can order hot eggs to be cooked for you. Dinner was also good, both in the bar and the main restaurant.

There could have been a better explanation of eating options - we were a bit confused and didn't realise we could have a simpler meal in the bar area at first.

Nothing. I would like to comment tho that the photos on Booking.com all show patio doors and in fact there are only 7 rooms in this hotel with this facility. They very kindly changed our room but that is obviously subject to availability. This should be addressed by Booking.com as it is misrepresention and in no way the fault of this beautiful parador.
