Marina Tossa has very attentive and friendly staff on every post. They made us feel more than mere guests. They are the biggest asset of this very good hotel. Everything is well organized, the swimming area and bar are very nice and our room was comfortable, with big balcony, clean and quiet. Apart from that the people in the room above seemed to be moving furniture around at times, but that was more funny than annoying. Even though we were travelling in high season and the hotel probably was full we never felt crowded.

There is nothing to complain about, absolutely nothing. We hope to return soon.

Really nice hotel for the price with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast (the pan con tomate station was a particular highlight!), we also had a balcony facing the pool area which was a plus! The hotel is 10 mins from the town center/beach/bus stop so it’s easy to get around but still quiet, especially as the rooms seem to have good soundproofing

Would have been good if there was an extractor fan in the bathroom, it got quite steamy and warm Not a big deal but if you book a twin room on booking.com, you may also need to message the hotel to confirm your preference, as the info doesn’t always get passed to the hotel

I stayed at Marina Tossa for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 10–15 minute walk from the old town and the beach. It’s a good option if you want to be close to everything but still enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, just right for a short stay. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated, but everything worked fine. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was simple but decent, and the pool area was a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after walking around Tossa. All in all, Marina Tossa is a practical, budget-friendly choice for a calm and enjoyable stay in Tossa de Mar. I’d stay here again for a quiet break by the coast.

The pool area is fantastic and well maintained. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and it gets the sun all day. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We had a room with a balcony which was nice to sit out in the evenings. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the centre of everything and the beach. Perfect location. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly. It's a quiet location and we did not hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms or from the road. Staff kindly stored our luggage for us as we had a late flight.

The rooms were very hot and the fans didn't appear to make any difference. As it was a triple room, it's was a very small hot space to share, making sleeping difficult Air-conditioning would have really made the difference to our stay.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful; always a genuine smile for you. Clean and tidy, good pool, good food, good bar and good position. Cold continental breakfast buffet. It was good and there was plenty; every service was very efficiently run. 10 minute walk into town Small fridge in our room that had two small bottles of water put into it every day. Aircon. Good size pool and a great pool area with plenty of room. The bar is open virtually all day and does good food in addition to the restaurant. You have to remember that this is a1 star hotel; I think it punches above it's weight.

Being picky, it could do with some more sun umbrellas.

I really felt in love with a hotel..I am surprised why it has only 1 star, because I is better of some hotels of 4 stars what I saw. The room was renovated, all new. Staff very kind. Good breakfast. Hotel very clean. Swimming pool big, and hudge garden, enough space for all. Plenty of sun beds what normally does not happend in hotels...Always nice music near pool. Actually I felt soo good near the pool, that first day I did not even go to beach. And with me...it never happends:)) I really not leave the hotel, wanted to extend my stay..but all was booked already. You have to walk a bit to the center, beach, but place is very calm, because it is far from everything. And to walk is totally worthy.

The hotel is in a convenient location and only a short walk to the beach and shops of the old town. The pool was a good size and there were always enough sun beds. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Most staff we encountered were helpful and friendly . Our room was a large family room with air con and good sized bathroom. We had a good sized balcony.

Although there were enough sun beds there were not enough parasols and it was very hot some days and people needed shade by the pool. You have to pay to park in the hotel which seems a bit unfair.

The room was more than adequate, the bed very comfortable. We were upgraded, so we had a balcony overlooking the pool. Tennis courts were also available. The dinner was plentiful buffet style and very reasonably priced. My allergies were catered for without any problems. The included continental breakfast buffet was very good. You'd be hard pressed not to find something you could eat. We paid for parking on site, although we could have chosen to leave the car on the street for free.

The bed seemed rather short, if you're 6' or taller your feet would hang over the edge. Soundproofing could definitely be improved.

The breakfast was good, a little bit more choice would make it excellent. I ate in the restaurant for my evening meal the night before departure, for convenience, but it was probably my favourite meal of the holiday. The food was excellent with lots of choice.

The room was a little bit small and the view overlooked the car park. Our neighbours to both sides smoked on their balconies which made ours smell of smoke.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed linen and towels were clean. Brilliant value for the money, had a balcony. Breakfast was unexpectedly good with plenty of variety. Slept really well, may be because tired. Location is closed enough to bus station and the old town

Soundproofing wasn't great, shower floor was impossible to keep dry. Shower badly needs a revamp
