What a lovely hotel. Great location for walking the Via Serrana and Via Augusta, as both routes intersect at Utrera. The Vera Cruz is right on the route and is very Camino friendly, with its own Camino tile in the pavement outside the entrance. Maybe a little more expensive than usual, but go on spoil yourself, you have deserved it- there is not a great selection of accommodation to choose from. Good breakfast too.

The staff were amazing, the room was perfect and it was very quaint and comfortable.

No fault at all to the hotel. The location was not what we had envisioned. My friend who lives in the area recommended the hotel and we really wanted to be in downtown Sevilla. We were a 60€ cab ride away. That was very disappointing. But again, no fault of the hotels.

The hotel is located closed to the city center. Plenty of choice of restaurants and tapas bars. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable. We liked the top attic room as it had its own balcony and access to the roof terrace full of lemon trees. A shame we were visiting in December as we imagine it will be very cool to enjoy the terrace in spring time with view of the city.

The Veracruz Hotel team is lovely and helpful. The room is clean and there is enough space in cabinets and on shelves. You have your own desk to study/work and a heater with free tee as well as a bottle of water as welcome. The WiFi is good for working. You definitively need to check out the roof top terrace and garden, with lemon trees, cacti as well as lovely colorful decoration. The breakfast is tasty. They offered coffee, tea, orange juice, bread rolls, vegeterian as well as meat alternatives. I can recommend it.

Shampoo would have been nice.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They helped us in every possible way with directions, maps, writing stuff out for us as we are not Spanish speakers. They arranged a very reliable taxi to take us to the airport for an early morning flight. They provided an early breakfast and saw us off.

Great location for us in the lovely town of Utrera with plenty of history and lovely shops. The hotel was perfect for what we needed with a spacious room and small terrace and extremely clean. I would stay here again.

The downstairs room was a little noisy in the mornings as we could hear the staff but this is all I can think of.

I commend the staff at Hotel Veracruz for their outstanding customer service skills. They helped me greatly with directions to restaurants and other places of interest in Seville and Utrera, and went above and beyond their duties to help with a delayed bag. This is one of the finest hotels in Utrera, and I would definitely recommend any visitor to stay at the hotel when visiting this part of Spain.

In the middle of Utrera, handy for restaurants and shops. Parking for residents is available in front of the hotel. 24 hour Reception. Breakfast is continental but always well served and more than adequate. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed yet another peaceful and enjoyable stay. Lovely rest area on the roof. We will be going again.

Coffee machine was playing up a little and the choices of coffee were limited but that didn't bother us to any extent.

The hotel has a sweet homey feel between the decor and friendliness of the staff! The rooms were clean and location was a quick walk to the train station.

No refrigerator in room, though I’m sure they would’ve accommodated us asking to store a few things in theirs but I didn’t ask.

A charming hotel in a great location in the town: Plenty of food and drink options nearby. A very pleasant 2 night stay. Peña Bética de Utrera, which is just down the road, is fabulous for food and a beer.
