First rate welcome and assurance by reception... We we're offered a choice of room/ chalet. Interesting, practical and well equipped large room with terrace. Very good restaurant (only used for evening meals) 5 mins walk from village and good quality walking

It provided us, an older couple who wanted to relax and enjoy good walks everything we wanted.

Cosy cabins with a great barbecue area! Nice restaurant and very friendly staff. Great facilities and free charging for electric cars.

Absence of A small fridge into the room

The service was outstanding. Kind and fast. Special thanks to Ruben that made us feel like at home.

The cabins need an urgent upgrade. We had many issues with the sink, no hot water, leaking water from the second floor to the ground floor, etc. We had to get keys from a different cabin to take a shower, and finally had to be moved to another cabin. The sofas on both cabins where ripped and covered with a sheet. There were tons of kids at the place and almost not activities (other than once a day pony rides). With such infrastructure, it would be very nice to have activities organized for the children: sport games, scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, etc etc....There was little to do for them.

The staff are great. Very helpful and they solved some issues we had with great diligence. The property is beautiful. Very nice ambiance, animals everywhere, great design. Great food.

It could be cleaner, in general. We were unlucky with some other noisy guests.

Poor activities around the PRADES village, travelling with kids makes trip a bit boring due to lack of resorts facilities or Trekking routes and guidance.

The house is very cute and the place is really nice for children. The entire place is surrounded by nature and there's beautiful places around to visit if you're into nature.

The bed wasn't comfortable, the mattress on the couple's bed was just a foam. The wood houses didn't had towels which we had to ask the day after and pay 7€ for each pack. Given the price of the houses, one would expect at least some towels. There's no service after 20h30 unless it's an extreme urgency so we couldn't ask for towels, only the day after. There's no wifi in the rooms.
