Spa hotel on large complex with pool, mini golf, tennis, and with stunning views from the rooftop bar terrace. Room was comfortable, and the included breakfast excellent (loved the smoked salmon). The included spa was okay if not thrilling.

Whoever decided a bathroom ought to be glass fronted needed their head examining. Not only does the light shine into the bedroom if someone puts it on at night but the glass door had no catch so it swung open every time, allowing steam into the room and no privacy. The room smelled slightly of cigarettes despite being no smoking. I expected more luxury for the price to be honest.

Room was spacious and comfortable and so was the bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were both of very good quality. It has a very nice view of the bay in the rooftop. Staff very friendly and helpful.

the spa is in a different building than the hotel and the hours without children are very scarce. Outdoor swimming pool also small for the number of rooms the hotel has. We opted not to boook it.

The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed was very comfy. The view over the bay was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great, and the food was very tasty, and the fish was fresh, and the menu was varied. Nice hotel.

The gym and pool were down the street from the hotel, and the sauna and thermal bath had to be paid for as extras.

The hotel has a lovely setting at the top of the hill. The rooms are what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. When we arrived we asked for a sea view and as it was my birthday, the staff really went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. There is free car parking on the hotel site but it gets full up very quickly and it can be difficult to find a space if you get back late after spending the day out. There is a little mini golf area which is popular with kids. We had birthday drinks in the terrace bar and a very pleasant dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is very good - the almond cake is much to be recommended. Sacido Beach is closed and therefore not accessible. The hotel makes it very clear when booking that the beach is not accessible. It is a short protected cliffside walk to the town beach however this is not a very clean beach. Much better to drive to other close by beaches for the day. Further north from the town, the beaches are good for surfing.

If the free parking is full, parking is available in a basement car park but there is a charge for this. As the hotel is at the top of the hill and not near any other car parks, the basement parking should really be free for residents. The swimming pool has seen better days - it is not covered and there are not enough deck chairs for everyone. It rained one afternoon and there was nowhere to take shelter from the rain. It is also quite a distance away from the main town which is across the causeway on the other side of the bay. A car is definitely needed.

We went there for the Resurrection festival and weather was not that good this year, so we didn't use much the hotel facilities, but room was big, beds comfortable and bathroom big as well with good shower. Check-in was quick as everything was paid already by booking and staff was quick

Parking was not clear and we ended up leaving the car outside. The hotel was too far away from the festival, but nothing the hotel can do about :)

Views from the room balcony to the sea and to the village of Celeiro were superb. Room is big, comfortable bed and great shower. Location is good for the views and relax but a bit distant from the beach and the village.

There is no view separation from one room balcony to another, so there is not much privacy if you want to enjoy the balcony. Also, people smoke on the balconies which is annoying. Spa is in a different building and you have to cross the street to get there although you can change your clothes there.

The staff is the best thing about this hotel, and that says a lot! Our room was rather large and it had marvellous views of the town. The spa was impeccable. Breakfast was varied and everything was delicious - it was also great value for money. Parking in the area is safe and easy.

The spa was in a different building and getting there in the rain was a little funny. With regard to toiletries I would've preferred to have conditioner provided rather than tissues or a comb, for example, which were totally unexpected and rather unnecessary for some people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall good. View from the room was not very good but from the bar and restaurant outstanding. Food was generally good and plentiful.

Booking was needed for the main restaurant but it was already full for our first night. However, the alternative buffet was very good and we did get a table in the main room the next night.

Nice clean 4-star hotel. Perfect for the weekend holidays!

Spa facilities are not included, you need to pay separately, would be nice to have. Wifi signal is weak, but maybe it was just in my room. Messy car parking area around hotel - no one wants to leave the car in the garage for extra fee
