Zuheros is an amazingly picturesque "white village" perched on the side of a hill with a crumbling fort/castle overlooking it. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Room was small but met our needs. Restaurant was above average - not the gourmet experience some other travellers have raved about but quite good. Overall a wonderful experience. We especially loved exploring the village. So pretty.

Their rooftop pool was funny - basically an oversized bathtub. Somehow there were a lot of hooligans staying there when we were - lots of drinking and noise. Not fun to share the tub with them. Breakfast was mediocre.

Nice hotel with big rooms and big comfortable bed in center of town. Had a secure place to store our bicycles. Nice big towels, comfortable shower and good wifi. Everything is perfectly in order in this hotel. Staff very friendly and spoke English at front desk. Breakfast was very nice with fresh chopped up fruit, yogurt , etc.

It’s steep up the hill so has to push our bicycles the last 200 meters but we kind of thought that already as that’s mostly the case in these nice white villages in the mountains .

This is a very good accommodation option in Zuheros. The room and the hotel were clean and quite comfortable. The hotel serves very good breakfasts in the restaurant, which is also open in the evenings. You can go for a nice dinner to this restaurant. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The staff speak good English. Parking your car may not be easy in Zuheros and you may have to walk either three minutes or a few minutes more up the hill to your hotel. It depends on the parking situation. But it's beautiful in Zuheros. Remember: this is a small town and there are not many shops or many bars and restaurants. The hotel has a good and popular restaurant. For wine and cheese tasting, I also recommend a small souvenir bistro located near the castle and museum (very nice service and nice products). To enter the castle, go buy a ticket and get the key to the museum.

The staff at the hotel is excellent, particularly Antonio at the front desk who was enormously helpful. The hotel is older than it appears in photographs and showing some wear. The restaurant was not as good as we expected and the breakfast was truly disappointing - limited selection with dreadful coffee and orange juice from concentrate - in Spain!!

Loccation was fabulous, rooms were spacious and very clean and very comfy beds. The restaurant was amazing, some of the best food we've had in Spain. The orange & fish salad was fabulous, so was the rabbit stew & lamb chops, & the dessert of cooked milk with chocolate sauce & ice-cream was a revelation. The staff were excellent, and provided me with gluten free bread. Breakfast was also very good, would definitely recommend this hotel in a beautiful village.

The staff were friendly helpful and very professional. The room was very clean had a great view and was comfy . The food in the being was very good too . Breakfast had good selection fruit, yoghurt , meats , cheese and more . Ideal for visiting Zuheros . We would have stayed longer if the weather had been better but would come back .

No kettle in room

Excellent breakfast was included. Great mountain views from the room. Checkout is till noon. So gives enough time in the morning to visit the town. Only issue was that we had to hurry to drop off luggage at the hotel during check-in and then find parking further down the street, as there was no place to temporarily park in front of the hotel.

Classy food available in the restaurant, including some imaginative options - we actually ate outside each evening as the weather was so warm, on a lovely shady terrace below the pool. Good breakfasts with a decent choice of food, and helpful staff (particularly with helping us store our bikes, as we were staying overnight twice while riding the Via Verde).

It was a beautiful hotel located in the heart of a beautiful village. The staff were extremely friiendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well appointed with a lovely view over the plains. The restaurant was simply superb. The best meal we had in Andalucia at no extra cost. Overall exceptional value.

The only thing that wasnt excellent about the hotel was the breakfast. It was good, but not of the quality of the dinner or other hotels we stayed in Andalusia. That said I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again as everything else was so good.
