The hotel was easy to find and car park on the front was free. Nice and friendly checkin. The room.we had 109 was clean and comfortable with a balcony and fabulous mountain view. The bathroom was suitable fir disabled.or anyone with limited movement. There was a shower bar, the shower was a walking shower, all the taps were levers, there was also a stool ic you needed it to sit to shower. We are able bodied but just saying useful. Flat screen tv. We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant. Fabulous food. Cannot fault it. Breakfast was served in the cafeteria and was OK. Lovely location. It was a really comfortable hotel and we will go again.

Staff were friendly and put up with my poor Spanish. Usually one of the receptionists will speak a certain amount of English but it is a Spanish hotel near a small Spanish town and far from any major tourist sites - so expect the obvious regarding communication. Important information was signposted also in English, such as what was included in the breakfast. It is a Spanish breakfast with tostada and choice of tomato, ham, cheese, pate, butter and jam. Also coffee, orange juice and a doughnut or small pastry/cake. It is good and traditional. Facilities are excellent with the large pool, parking on site, restaurant doing evening meals and cafe. Everywhere was clean, neat and tidy. Rooms are big enough with a sizeable balcony overlooking the Via Verde and olive groves. There is a nearby road but traffic noise in the room was not noticeable. I have stayed here many times over the years and the standards are still as good as ever.

As seems to be the fashion nowadays, the restaurant menu is a QR code.

Large bright room with huge confortable bed; staff very welcoming and helpfull! We had a nice breakfast included in the price. The star of the room is the wondefully large terrasse with splendid views! A bit off centre from services but perfectly walkable, the hotel is very close to the Via Verde de Aceite which was convenient for us!

Our only complaint is that OUR room was in contact with the kitchen ventilation system and the ducks that made constant rumbling noise during opening hours of the restaurant. After closing time, it was quiet and fine to sleep!

Calm neighbourhood. Hotel located in a small village in the national nature park. Beautiful view from hotel for mountain. Helpful and kind staff. Big room, free parkplace. Beautiful village where the hotel is.

Traditional spanish breakfast only: baguette with tomato sauce and olive only + coffee or tea. Excluded reception nobody spoke english so it was tough to get what you expected. Reception is open only till 10pm so late arriving is practically very tough.

Very nice and clean hotel by the Via Verde del Aceite (=big recommenation for cyclists). Good restaurant and friendly staff. Beautiful view from the balcony!

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city, so prepare to walk a little. But I really recommend to visit at least the ”Calle de Las Flores”. What a beautiful experience!

Great location - just steps away from the Via Verde trail. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

The woman who works in the bar and served breakfast was rude and unpleasant which was a shame because everyone else (front desk, bar and restaurant staff, cleaners) were all lovely.

Brilliant staff. Very helpful and so courteous. Jesus on reception is exceptional. The restaurant served some brilliant food. Great flavours. Lovely bar. Comfortable and laid back hotel. Lovely location. Fantastic views of the hills.

The area is perfect for bikers. The staff were really friendly. The views of the hotel are great. We’ll be back.

Reception on Sundays closes early so no shift covering in the afternoon making checking a bit more difficult. Not a huge problem as there is always someone in the restaurant but take this into consideration when planning.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the rooms are spacious and tidy, the food in the restaurant is good. The employees were helpful and nice, just a little distracted, maybe they were tired after the holiday marathon (Christmas, New Year). Good price-quality ratio. Anyway, I liked everything, if necessary I will visit again

It is a beautiful building and the staff are wonderful. Also, the swimming pool is a great asset. It is very close to the Via Verde walking route and the town Doña Mencía is beautiful.

There is no fridge in the room and a more varied choice for breakfast would be welcomed.
