The staff of this hotel are what makes this place. They will go above and beyond to help without you even needing to ask. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. It is a nice calm spot off a very busy street. We also must mention the exceptional Tuk Tuk driver who brought us around Dambulla on our first day and a fantastic sunrise trip to Sigriya followed by some additional stop offs that we would have missed out on without his knowledge. This was a fantastic recommendation from the hotel.

Unfortunately the room smelt a bit of damp as it was hard to ventilate without opening a window which could lead to easy access of the room.

Location is absolutely perfect! I stayed here for three days and went to every must see places. Bus station to Polonnaruwa and Kandy is just in front of the hotel gate. Hotel have partnering Safari trip to Minneriya and driver to Sigiriya/ Dambulla cave temple. It is located in a warm lively town where all the neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone working and partnering here are super nice and gentle. They also help me so much with trip planning and care about me if I’m staying comfortable. Plus the swimming pool is big and deep enough for me to swim and chill. Super worth the price!

When me and my friend arrived, we got a really good refreshing pineapplejuice. The personel were nice and they were open to all questions and very helpful to order a tuktuk/taxi dor a good price and giving information about what to see.. the room for 2/3 persons had a nice size, one really big bed and the single bed had also a good comfortable size. The bathroom was very clean and the AC got us a nice cooling breeze. In the evening we went in the pool, which was comfortable warm and looked really beautiful with its poolbar besides. We could sleep long and decided to have breakfast at 8 AM. It was delicious, I never had such a big breakfast before.. we had juice, egg (stambled or omelett or fried), coffee, jam, fruits and bread. It doesn't sound that much, but believe me, it was just amazing and you won't have to worry about being hungry after this very big breakfast. I know it sounds way too positive and usually I don't trust this kind of reviews, but I just want the best for them, because they gave me a wonderful night in dambulla with a very good service.

I cannot recommend this property enough! A massive shoutout to Ninj, she went above and beyond to help us. From upgrading our room, Wi-Fi, parking , breakfast. EVERYTHING I asked she managed to do within 5 minutes with a smile. We booked this so last minute and just stopped by for one night but we regret not staying two now that we’re in Kandy! THANK YOU

This hotel has a great location and environment, and the staff are very friendly. The room is also large. And very quiet, if you want to spend the night in Dambulla. This is the best choice.

As a tourist, I feel a bit sad because of this departure. It may be difficult to come back in the future。。。

Great little place. Was surprised to find haven in the middle of the city. They arranged everything for us. Safari and amazing cookery class. The host brought us juice and gave us such a warn welcome too

The rooms do not have any soundproofing. But still great value for money

they arrange everything for us, safari, tuktuk till Pidurangala. they helped us find transport further in these tough times. they packed us also dessert for a day trip. room was provided with fresh towels, clean sheets, bottled water. they are really lovely family whi goes beyond themselfs to help tourist who comes there

Amazing hospitality with friendly staff. Love the food and breakfast was perfect at the outdoor garden restaurant. Nice cozy location with a nice pool in the middle of the city.Really Enjoyed my stay at Tinaya Treats.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Host is very kind. Pool is clean. Breakfast is up to the mark

Rooms are equipped with Solar heaters for hot water, thus for some cloudy days hot water might be an issue. However not a major concern
