This hotel is a little oasis in the crazy main drag of Dambulla. We found it good to travel to other places, got a tuk tuk to Anuradhapura, that was an experience! The food at this hotel was amazing, there’s a wait, because everything is cooked fresh, but it’s well worth waiting for. The staff are so helpful. Recommend.

It maybe could do with a little tlc. But for the money, you cannot worry about that.

Good location right in the center of Dambulla, very large and spacious room/bathroom. Let us check out later & leave our bags with them for a few hours on our final day. Friendly and welcoming staff.

No restaurant available but idk if that’s because we came in low season?? Rooms are a lil damp smelling and outdated but for a few nights it’s nicer than most. Card machine was down so cash only. Not great if you’re a light sleeper, can hear a lot of horn beeping through the night. I didn’t sleep great but my bf was completely fine .

The location of this local owned family hotel is in the center of Dambulla in an inner courtyard - so it is very peaceful and homely. Next to bus stops, ATM and shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Nini is one of the most beautyful person I got to know - inside and outside. She made my stay very special and arranged everything for me (pick up from airport, Safari, day-trips...). I booked three nights but I stayed 5!! They have a lovely pool (nice when you come back from a long day-trip) and a very good outdoor garden restaurant (big breakfast, and the best pumpkin soup, coconut sambol and seafood fried rice). The rooms are lange and comfortable.

The staff of this hotel are what makes this place. They will go above and beyond to help without you even needing to ask. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. It is a nice calm spot off a very busy street. We also must mention the exceptional Tuk Tuk driver who brought us around Dambulla on our first day and a fantastic sunrise trip to Sigriya followed by some additional stop offs that we would have missed out on without his knowledge. This was a fantastic recommendation from the hotel.

Unfortunately the room smelt a bit of damp as it was hard to ventilate without opening a window which could lead to easy access of the room.

Location is absolutely perfect! I stayed here for three days and went to every must see places. Bus station to Polonnaruwa and Kandy is just in front of the hotel gate. Hotel have partnering Safari trip to Minneriya and driver to Sigiriya/ Dambulla cave temple. It is located in a warm lively town where all the neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone working and partnering here are super nice and gentle. They also help me so much with trip planning and care about me if I’m staying comfortable. Plus the swimming pool is big and deep enough for me to swim and chill. Super worth the price!

The staff and owner are the sweetest and most generous people, they really made sure we had a comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant is amazing as well, and they make the most delicious fruit drinks! The wifi was good and the rooms were spacious.

There could have been more electrical outlets/plugs to charge our devices. Also, the AC was quite loud at night.

When me and my friend arrived, we got a really good refreshing pineapplejuice. The personel were nice and they were open to all questions and very helpful to order a tuktuk/taxi dor a good price and giving information about what to see.. the room for 2/3 persons had a nice size, one really big bed and the single bed had also a good comfortable size. The bathroom was very clean and the AC got us a nice cooling breeze. In the evening we went in the pool, which was comfortable warm and looked really beautiful with its poolbar besides. We could sleep long and decided to have breakfast at 8 AM. It was delicious, I never had such a big breakfast before.. we had juice, egg (stambled or omelett or fried), coffee, jam, fruits and bread. It doesn't sound that much, but believe me, it was just amazing and you won't have to worry about being hungry after this very big breakfast. I know it sounds way too positive and usually I don't trust this kind of reviews, but I just want the best for them, because they gave me a wonderful night in dambulla with a very good service.

The room was very clean. Nini and her staff were very sweet, kind and hospitable. Nini helped us plan our itinerary too. Overall I would rate the stay and staff as very good.

A lovely hidden property, just tucked behind the bustle of the Main Street, but so tranquil. Nini, our host, was so friendly and helpful, and our dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location in Dambulla and an easy commute to Sigiriya via tuk tuk. Host was incredibly helpful, insightful and friendly. Organised our transfer to the hotel from Colombo. Great breakfast to begin the day. Great value for money.
