Such an exemplary hotel, from the main road if you blinked you'd miss it. The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautifully curated and absolutely full of wildlife, within minutes of checking in we saw all manner of tropical birds, frogs, squirrels lizards and even some small snakes in the ponds lining the central garden path. As a wild life lover this was particularly exciting. The swimming pool was great and had nice views of the jungle in the distance, the room was spacious, comfortable and well lit. Staff were so friendly too, wished I could have stayed longer.

Restaurant was fine but could be a lot better, it felt very retro and was a little bit pricey. I'd say they should stick to serving local dishes as the western style food was not quite right. Not so much a compliant as a suggestion.

The location of the hotel was very beautiful. It's located in a big mango garden with lots of mango trees. It gave the feeling of being in a forest which was very calming. The staff was very helpful and polite. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was terrific. The calmness in the surroundings was beyond compare. It was very relaxing.

It would have been good if there were more varieties of food in the breakfast and dinner buffet. The Sri Lankan food was not very good (even I cook better than that :D). The pool was right next to the restaurant which put us off a bit. It would have been better to have a private pool.

The gardens and serenity of the property, everything felt intentionally arranged and welcoming. Everything was always clean despite the constant rain. Hardly any mosquitoes or bugs, not even on the balcony. The pool and restaurant area was really nicely set up and the staff were wonderful. Rooms were spacious and clean and felt so homely with small touches.

Too much Christmas carols, on repeat both at reception and by the pool. The menu was too international/Western and would loved to have seen more local short eats or snacks.

From the welcoming up to the checkout everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful We got connected room for the kids and ourselves even if we didn't ask for. The rooms were very comfortable and had all amenities. This must have been the first hotel where the pictures of the swimming pool did reflect the real beauty and size. 😉

It is at 6km from Dambulla but there's plenty of Tuktuks to catch.

I like the pool, the rooms, the staff, the price, the trees and nature life inside the resort. I can run on the grass barefoot. It has no rocks to hurt my feet.

The restaurant is bad. To tell you how bad, I paid for half bord (breakfast and dinner) and I don't eat their. They have no salad let alone leafy greens. Their dessert is cream. Only cream! You letterally eat cream as desert. My room has a coackroach first night but it is expected since I am in the middle of a jungle. Luckily, you can put the AC on 18c and all insects will die. No nearby attraction or mall or anything that you can walk to. You have to rent a personal driver anywas so that wouldn't be a problem.

Amazing hotel, one of the best in Sri Lanka ❤️Modern, clean, beautiful. Beautiful area inside. Tasty buffet dinner for 3800 LKR / person. Really long and clean swimming pool.

Personal on the reception unfortunately forget everything what we asked for 😞 Looks like they don't care at all about what kind of impression will be for guests. When we arrive, hotel personal broke our bag, and reception do nothing (!) to repair it, just laugh for our request. Bed sheets was dirty, because nobody change it after previous guests 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The location is the best between the greenery, just like a resort should be. The food, staff, environment, room and everything else was excellent and even they upgraded our room at no extra cost

The extra single bed was uncomfortable and ALA carte food menu was limited

The hotel is located in a beautiful private park. I was greeted by an attentive staff. We took the rooms quickly. There was even time for a swim before dinner. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and cozy. The bathroom is large. The bed is comfortable. The dinner consisted of very delicious, mainly local dishes. The breakfast consisted of a good selection of fresh and high quality food. I can only recommend. I will choose this hotel again next time.

We stayed with friends for a few days in this hotel. Huge hotel grounds with mango trees, large pool with a great view. There is a tennis court, you can rent bikes, gym, massage. We only had breakfasts included, but we went for lunch and dinner as well, convenient that you can write the bill on the room number. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, if you need something, they will bring it on request. Thank you very much to the hotel staff. Keep up the good work.

The property is exceptional. Was truly highlight of our trip. Amazing vegetation all over the really big territory - rice fields, mango, cashew trees. Clean beautiful pool. Everything very well maintained even the law season. Tennis court was a pleasant bonus! Friendly helpful stuff. The unique charm of some luxury recreation center from the past. As soon as we went further we realize how special was this place. Miss it!

The breakfast and dinner was quite overage, so better do not expect anything special. Though the place and atmosphere are definitely worth that.
