The accommodations at Dinuda Resort were nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting ambience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of kite surfing. Additionally, the dining options at Dinuda Resort were outstanding. The on-site restaurant served a delectable array of dishes, blending local flavours with international cuisine. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the attentive waitstaff added to the overall dining experience.

I think the location is perfect, especially for those who are into kite surfing, cause the place for that is just on the other side of lagoon and you can use hotel kayak to cross it. The hotel area is not large, but looks pretty with small garden and kind of bar/lounge area on the tree. I had triple room, it is simple but has everything I needed - AC, bed with mosquito net (actually there were not a lot of mosquitos inside, although a number of them and flies outside - remember there is a lagoon, so mosquitos can be there), cattle (some tea and sugar), good towels. Bathroom is also simple, but with good water pressure. The hotel staff is helpful - I had some requests for food (crabs are awesome) and activities (it is possible to get lagoon safari, Wilpattu safari and some other activities as kayaking and kiting here)

There is small swimming pool, but water is not really clean, even I saw the person is cleaning it (probably not enough chemicals or filtering). I think this is something manageable

We just came back from Kalpitiya. We stayed two nights at Dinuda Resort in Kalpitiya. It was the best place I have stayed in Kalpitiya, and we had a really good experience. The Superior Family Rooms are a perfect fit for a family, with all the necessary amenities such as AC, hot water, a kettle, etc. Moreover, the rooms and linens were very clean. The staff were very friendly. The meals were delicious and more than enough for four people. From the room, we could see both the lagoon and the sea, and it was very beautiful. Our whole family enjoyed it very much, and it is highly recommended for a family to enjoy without any disturbances.

It’s a very nice place, right on the lagoon. Just a short walk to the Indian Ocean with endless beaches. The garden is beautiful. Great Chef, the seafood is very good. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with everything, they can arrange kite surfing, and also boat trips to the Wilpattu National Park where they go up the river. On site they have kayaks for rent for paddling on the lagoon. I can recommend this place

The staff was absolutely the best part. The manager Gihan is SO helpful and really wants all the best for you. The chef is making delicious sri lankan food and other dishes. All the other was also super friendly. We extended several times. They helped us to arrange tuk tuk and motorbikes. Also they have kayaks. Kitespot just around the lagoon. You might be able to launch the kite from the beach next door. We are going back again later this month :-)

It can feels a little bit dirty, compared to European style. New painting, tools for the bathroom floor and something to hang towel and close on, would do a huge difference. I think some of the other felt more clean. But, we actually liked everything about the stay :-)

Once you reach the resort down the bumpy road you will find an oasis hidden away beside the lagoon. The views were amazing, and the beach was breathtaking. The entire place was so peaceful with attentive staff who were so happy and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was great. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet break away from the touristic trappings of travel.

The hotel is very nice, clean and calm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good. Totally the service is very good. We can highly recommend this Resort. And I must say the pool was amazing with the lagoon view.

Very sweet welcome staff . Beautiful lovely pool view, exceptionally clean rooms and restaurant . It was decent and relax, the food was very tasty good the service best and great . Very friendly manager ( Gihan ) and staff in general also perfect, Best value for money...Wifi and tv is great .. we had a lovely stay hear , would highly recommended this calm & quiet resort.

Jueat about everything. The place was paradise on srilanka. The manager was exceptional together with all other staff.service is the best. Beat wifi ,tv , kayaking, boat trip Wow. Also we had a wonderful cleane room with logen view . We see lot of kites and birds. The see food and srilankan food was amazin. Very relaxed location and view. The pool and resturent was probably my favourite. Near the time we will come soon Dinuda.

This is probably the most beautiful resort to stay in Sneek! Everything inside is done meticulously and perfectly .. a cozy and warm home, and a peaceful hideout from the city life.. the infinite serene horizon. the pool and everything were great in shape. most memorable one in kalpitiya.
