I recently stayed at "The queensberry city hote in nuwaearl and had a wonderful experience. One of the standout features was the warm and welcoming staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the helpful recommendations and MR. Ashkar fantastic man fo the hotel Queensberry . Very helpful and friendly man. I highly recommend Nuwara Eliya as the best place to stay at Queensberry hotel ❤😍😍

There is nothing like that, everything is beautiful

Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and stunning views. They even provided me a room heater which was really helpful for the cold climate.I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The location was perfect, within walking distance to some local attractions and the city. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It's an oldschool vibe hotel, but very nice. They have provided very comfy duvet to the bed, and there was also a heater in the room. This was a really good experience as in this price category hotels usually don't have such facilities, but it's very much needed in the cold nuwara eliya nights. They even put a fresh flower bouqet to the room wich was a kind and pleasant surprise. Hot water was excellent in the shower. Breakfast was amazing,it was much better than we usually have in this price category. Staff was very nice and helpful. So it's a real good value for money accommodation. If you don't need very modern looking place but you don't mind the bit oldschool vibe ,then this place can provide you a really nice comfortable stay in Nuwara Eliya, highly recommended.

Very warm welcoming staff, who went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one. The rooms were very spacious and had two double beds each. As for pricing: the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hotel is currently undergoing a major overhaul, both outside and inside. Following these works I am positive that this will be a wonderful establishment. At the moment, the hotel and its rooms feel quite dated. I look forward to staying here again once all the works have been completed.

Service and the value of the offers

The receptionist was extra kind and efficient . She responded to my queries on time . We were travelling with senior citizens and the staff ( including the restaurant staff) were very kind n co operative

Rooms were quite good. You can ask for heaters if you need. They will provide you with heaters and service was quick. Really happy with Mr Ajiths service, a good and friendly staff member. The staff at the reception was also really supportive, they even assist in car parking.

Hot water system was not working in property, but staff members were nice they suggested for a new room.
