I liked everything! Liked is a too small of a word. I loved this place. It is a safe haven, a paradise on earth. And the hosts are the best kind of people. The kind that stays with you forever. Birgitta and Karl-Evert truly opened up their home and they did everything to make sure I had the best possible stay. The breakfast was fantastic and the loft were I was staying was like taken from a fairytale. I am so happy I found this place. I will definitely come back!

Folks, the stairs to the guesthouse are terrifying,

The breakfast was a feast of homemade delicacies. The hosts ate with us which was very nice, a friendly and familiar experience. There was a newly redone path by the river which was absolutely wonderful, such a beautiful area!

The shower did not stay hot for more than a couple of minutes.

Everything was perfect. We love it being there.

Nothing to complain.

The hosts are exceptionally kind people. They were very helpful and respectful. They made a lovely breakfast every morning, including fresh eggs from their own chickens, fresh berries they picked from their land, and homemade bread. KE even made fresh applesauce for me when I ate all that they had in stock :-) And we got to try the honey they collected from their one remaining hive...

I stayed in the smithy (Smedjan) which does not have running water, meaning I did not always have easy access to a toilet / shower. They did their best to make sure I knew which one I should use...
