Hosts are very welcoming and have a huge knowlegde of the region! The B&B interieur is very detailed and calms you down! We have booked the complementary dinner options, Nordic Thali & Wild cooking. With the Thali comes along the best smoked salmon, we ever had on this planet & it's producecd locally!!!! The breakfast was also amazing we missed nothing!

If you come by car you don't have to worry about anything. with the public transport plan some puffer times between the bus & the train.

We loved the design and ambience of the room and common area. It felt very welcoming and homey and at the same time very tasteful. The breakfast and coffee was very good. We also tried the kit for cooking in the wild, which was a really nice experience. Francois was an amazing host and was able to help us with all of our request and provide tips for things to do and see in the area. We will come back next year.

Exceptionally large room including a sitting area. Anne and François are very friendly hosts with lots of knowledge of the surroundings. Their recommendation for a hike delivered stunning views over multiple lakes. Tasty breakfast.

Really nice B&B. Great location, nice rooms. The beds are perfect. Breakfast is perfect, best coffee in Sweden. The hosts are very friendly and are happy to give you tips.

Everything is perfect

François the landlord is amazing. He creates such a fantastic atmosphere. The whole house, the rooms of that completely redesigned former schoolhouse and the breakfast are all great. François explained us everything including hiking tips and how to get there. Great experience!

We had a wonderfull stay at Nordic. The house is a tastefully renovated former village school. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast consists mostly of local products, and the owners pay a lot of attention to sustainability. They are extremely kind and helpful with suggestions for activities, and making reservations. We had beautiful walks, canoed on and swam in some of the many lakes, baked pancakes on a lakesite 'safe' camp fire place and enjoyed the historic site and art expositions at the local artist community 'Not Quite'. We'll certainly be back !

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They put a lot of passion and personality in the b&b. They made us feel at home and shared a lot of tips and information about the area. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. We hope to come back.

Francois the host was incredibly friendly and full of tips of things to do and places to eat in the area. Breakfast is delicious and the B&B is beautifully decorated & in a very peaceful location.

Very idyllic old traditional Swedish wooden house. Beautifully restored in a stylish and simple vintage decor. Love that it’s mainly restored on the purpose of recycling materials and use of the local businesses.
