We had to quickly choose accommodation in Karlshamn, so I didn’t spend much time exploring options. This hotel turned out to be the best choice we could have made. When we entered in the evening, the lobby felt so welcoming, as if we were visiting a relative. There were many thoughtful details, including a small chocolate at the check-in desk. The room was cozy, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Although this is a small hotel, the variety of food was excellent. There was a great selection of baked goods, plenty of drink options, delicious cold cuts, and the spreads were heavenly. The restaurant felt like having breakfast at a relative’s home. It was such a pleasant experience—thank you very much!

Very friendly and helpful staff, pleasant welcome. Very comfortable bed. It is nice that there are free fruits, sweets, coffee, tea and water around the clock, which can be flavored with various natural flavors. Delicious drinking water from the tap! There is electric car charging station.

Sound insulation is poor, but there were not many disturbing sounds. There was too little space in the parking in the evening. A closet for clothes/things or shelves under hangers would be good.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. A pretty good breakfast and a very nice welcome. Nice accomodating staff! All for a pretty cheap price.

Very warm room with no air-conditioning, I had to sleep with no clothing, no blanket and with the windows fully open which in turn made it a bit too noisy. But I tend to be on the hotter side so that won't necessarily be everybody's experience.

Another great stay at this charming hotel. Wonderful, friendly staff. Great breakfast and a complimentary salad bar from 430-730 pm. A short walk into town

Could do with some lamps in the hallways for when it gets dark for illumination and coziness. The indoor plants were very dusty. Poor things, I wiped one down during breakfast 😊

The location of the property is great. Near to shops and train station. Clean and staff is friendly and professional. Good breakfast, tea,coffee, fruits and snacks available 24/7 … is the icing on the cake…. Loved it. Thank you Port Hotel staff for making our stay memorable…

Nothing to complain about

Pleasant and helpful staff. Relatively quiet location. Short walk to the bus and train stations. Pleasant atmosphere of the hotel in a discreet style referring to the sea.

The beds were soft. But everyone is used to something different.

Very comfortable. Good breakfast selection. No hot options but there are crepes that can be warmed in the microwave. Great choice of fresh fruit. Good location with free parking.

Located at very close to central so easy to find so many restaurants nearby. Clean room and very comfortable beds. Very quite and calm location for a good night sleep. Staff is very friendly just ask for anything and they are ready to help. Very good buffet breakfast with nice coffee.

Breakfast was amazing, gym was HUGE, receptionist was a legend.

Not a big deal but tv was a bit glitchy and I couldn’t figure out how to lock and unlock my door.

The hotel was located not far from Karlshamn center, it was a non-traditional hotel in many senses. It has the port theme, and all vessel-related things like vessel models and pictures. Good breakfast and also salad table and coffee included in the price, so very nice. Has an electric car charging station in the yard (operated by Virta)

There was no elevator, which was ok for me, but for travelers with big luggage or bad legs this could be a problem.
