Wonderfully quiet location right above the lake but also quite close to town with its stores and restaurants . Easy access to hiking trails (along the beautiful lake side) as well as sauna dock (pricey, and not included in stay) and swimming dock allows for a very relaxing atmosphere. Having bathrobes provided was great, especially after taking a quick swim in the late afternoon/evening. The hotel also offered a very reasonably priced lunch buffet (with several choices of main dishes).

All was fine. We could have done without those bright outside lights , but I understand that it's supposed to deter thieves. A nice little addition would be small fridges in the rooms.

The hotel is located away from any road or city noises with access to a beautiful lake. The room was super quiet and the bed very comfortable, which allowed for a very restful night. The owner and staff were really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we had only booked one night. We would definitely come here again for a longer stay.

The furniture/appliances and the design are a bit mismatched and outdated. However, that's very minor given our overall great experience.

Breakfast choice could have been better. But Lunch at the Hotel compensated the Breakfast. It was an amazing lunch and the location of the hotel is superb. The hosts are excellent people. Overall highly satisfied.

We loved the location (in front of a beautiful lake and in very calm surroundings). The staff were also very nice and helpful. The possibility of renting kayaks, bikes, etc. is great. We rented kayaks and had a wonderful experience in the lake.

Location by the lake was fantastic. Great canoeing area. Also wonderful place for hiking or biking.

Everything was good. Could suggest a fire/ grill area by the water and perhaps a bridge out for swimming as the area by the sauna can be rented out..

Beautiful setting beside the lake.New owners were so welcoming and helpful .great breakfast and loved all the thoughtful details and facilities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable . Highly commendable .
