Really lovely hotel, great foyer area with bar and free/tea coffee, modern decor. Hotel includes a small gym and a small heated pool. Beds were super comfortable, we had a large room and it was well-equipped with a bar fridge and a lot of storage. Location opposite the Lulea Ice Track was excellent and walking distance to all tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast is fantastic the sheer quantity of food and the size of the restaurant is impressive even though it is always busy there is enough space for everyone to sit and the food is continually replenished. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were very quiet and warm. We would stay again.

The room was impeccably clean, quite spacious and had a window. I didn't realise at the time but I actually got upgraded since I booked a windowless room. Thank you! The receptionists were all very kind and helped me find my way to different tourist attractions around town. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful and had a huge variety of various foods. The hotel also provides coffee, tea and water to the guests in the reception area. Going to the sauna was also very enjoyable, especially enjoying the view over the town. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are comfy and clean, but I really liked closed garage that after half day driving in winter time, I was ready to go again in the morning without any time lost. More on all of this, breakfast was perfect! I missed an opportunity to check Level 9 for the evening, very decent hotel. I will be staying here every year winter time for my journeys!

Nothing with the staff or hotel, just there was loud discussions in the middle of night but the staff made it clear to not to disturb so it was OK after that.

Breakfast was super nice, one of the best I had in Sweden. Rooms were very clean and staff was also friendly and helpful. Location was also one of the best part of our stay in the city.

Shortage of fans when rooms were very warm due to high temperature during our stay. We only got one fan to share with 2 rooms. Also, had some issue with the door lock of one of the rooms became jammed which was sorted out by cleaning staff.

Good breakfast buffet, cups need a handle it's difficult to carry hot liquids. Bar and restaurant are also nice. A few more different cocktails or the option to order some classics off menu would be cool. Lots of seating areas throughout the hotel which increases the nice vibe.

The Spa and "pool" (more like a wading pool) are used for advertising and while really nice and possibly worth the money are not free of charge. That would be my only complaint

Ideally located in the city center, opposite the tourist office. Friendly reception staff, sauna available, and a good breakfast.

The shower screen lets a lot of water through, so the bathroom gets wet even after a simple shower. The breakfast area is very busy in the morning, the atmosphere is not very cozy, and it’s hard to find a quiet spot.

Great location, very near the north harbor, a block away from the bus stop (where you can board the bus to the old church village), and also close to shops and restaurants. Very good choices at the free breakfast. My budget windowless room in the 2nd floor was very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in on August 11, 2024.

I wished there was an electric kettle or coffee maker in the room.

Central location, great breakfast, had double room with windows which was spacious. We booked the spa for the two hours seasons experience which was good.

Need a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. As like all hotels in Sweden you have to pay for parking but this hotels parking is in the basement of the hotel and secure so I didn’t mind paying.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Lulea, The room was quiet, clean and had a nice view. All the staff were friendly and helpful, you felt welcome from the first moment. The breakfast buffet was excellent and so was dinner at their restaurant (called '9', as it is located on the 9th floor.) Highly recommended - hotel and restaurant.

There is just nothing to complain about. (Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Sundays (for dinner).

On my way to Stockholm from the Barents Sea I found this hotel. Having traveled 900 kms it turned out to be great. Perfect in location. There was a general parking space nearby so I could park without cost between 18-09. Perfect. Found an asian restaurant round the corner that had a terrace facing right into the evening sun. Room was without any complaints. Clean and fresh. Breakfast was on the top floor and was really impressive. I didn't try having dinner there but had I stayed two nights I would have tested. Lovely view over the city. You won't be disappointed staying here.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.
