The location of the hotel was very convenient. Close to the town center, south harbour. Also there is a bus stops near by if you want to venture out to the Gammelstaden for a day trip…items for the breakfast were fresh and great choices (gluten free options too). Dinner is served Monday-Thursday and good value for money. I had a single room with ensuite and it was perfect size. Bed was really comfortable and warm :)…staff was very friendly and happy to answer any question I had.

- Wonderful breakfast buffet!! Everything was delicious. We also ordered breakfast bags for the day of our departure because we had an early flight. I even made a special request to have only fruit in one of the two breakfast bags and they obliged. :-) - Small unisex sauna on the top floor open daily from 4pm - 10pm. We used it several times and it was great. - The free coffee and tea in the lobby. This actually made a huge difference for us as between the two of us we drink loads of tea and coffee each day, so it meant we saved a lot of money over three days not constantly having to go to cafés. - Helpful staff and 24/7 reception. The atmosphere in the lobby was nice with dim lighting and tea lights. - Really comfy and large double bed (firm base and soft top mattress), plus the curtains were proper blackout curtains so we slept really well. - Lovely clean fluffy towels.

Nothing really, the only thing I can think of is that the bedding could have been a bit fresher. I don't doubt the bed linen itself was clean, but the actual duvet and pillows inside seemed to have not been washed between stays and were getting old. So I think these need to be washed or replaced to make the bedding feel and smell really fresh.

Front desk staff AND housekeeping r fantastic!!! It was a million degrees, but housekeeping on their own overheard me ask someone about AC, and on their own initiative brought me a small fan. Then the downstairs staff on their own too gave me another small fan, and together the room was nice and cool! Breakfast is great, and again, staff did a great job setting it up and serving ALL my needs (taxis, stupid questions, phone charging need, etc. Will recommend to everyone!!!

The hotel is adjacent to Luleå's train station, which is very handy if you arrive by train. If you take the plane a bus will take you from the airport into the city centre from where the hotel is a 5-10 min. walk. The staff were very nice, the breakfast buffet was varied and the room was clean, modern and spacious with a really nice bathroom. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

It would be nice to have some more storage room for clothes, like some sort of shelves or racks.

We didn't expect too much from this hotel and it's unassuming from the outside but the rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Showers are great and the breakfast was varied and tasty. No complaints at all from us. The staff were helpful and it's only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Very easy to get to by the bus from the airport.

Perfect location near the railway station and the bus station, 5 minutes walk to very centre. A nice and cosy room, very comfortable bed and an outstanding breakfast menu. Sauna switched on by staff every day at 4 pm, a perfect choice on chilly days. Free coffee in the lounge 24/7.

A fridge in the room would have been fine. The so called relax area next to the sauna was in fact only a couch in the corner of the gym space - neither cosy nor inviting. I am sure you can improve on that.

Excellent location opposite the train station yet still only 10 minutes from town. Extensive breakfast with a great range of food items. Free tea and coffee in the reception area, luggage storage, late check-in (12am) and late check-out available. Friendly staff. Good value, modern and well equipped. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed.

Staff hardly spoke or responded to a "Good Morning" On arrival, although the receptionist saw us arrive as she was sitting by the door in reception, we had to call her after waiting some minutes to ask if we could check-in. Whilst the breakfast generally came up to expectations is was hit and miss with certain items. Only one lift working which also failed one evening.

Beautiful Hotel in the city center of Lulea. The city in winter period is really charming, the snow covers all the streets and the Arctic Hotel is close toall the attaction of Lulea, less than 5 minutes walk far from the main street. The room is really clean and the breakfast is amazing. I found it very good and I recommend it

Level of cleaningness and tranquility. Breakfast was very good as well, also eoth gluten free options, more than one even...., although I had stayed in a 4 star hotel in the city too and I could see the difference in breakfast, I would repeat my stay here.
